Raph's visor on one of the 3 figures was down over his eyes and I hadn't seen this at any other store before either.

I've looked around the interwebs, but haven't seen anyone else with this.. I found this at target today and at first thought it was a simple "shake into place" situation. But after inspecting the package, there is a plastic catch-spot where the visor can't drop past or be raised above, so it'd be an actual packaging variant no?

Looks like it. I think I may have seen the Raph on the right the other day, but I tend to ignore the "themed" Turtles by default so I might just be mis-remembering.

Yes, I also haven't purchased the gimmick turtles, but didn't know if this was something someone who does would be interested in. Or if I should pick it up regardless due to potential rarity!

Possible, but not with the way Quinten described the inner tray.

Now you all have made me curious enough to look for them myself the next time I'm out shopping.
