Round 1 were THE BATMAN related.

DC Multiverse The Batman Gallery – Batman, Bruce, Catwoman, Riddler & The Bikes

And Round two is a bit of everything. Been a bit busy so not as thorough as usual. Just kinda an overview and excuse for me to play around a bit.

DC Multiverse Gallery Round Up – Three Jokers, Gotham Knights, Swamp Thing, Gold Label

Really wish they'd stop using the same legs from the first Batgirl. She's way to tall.

The first Batgirl mold was never reused, I think that's something all companies avoid, all other figures were reused as far as I can remember

The legs were re-used on the Three Jokers Batgirl.

I like both of those figs, they just need to be shrunk like 15 percent in every direction.

All the DCM female figures are off in scale IMO. Wonder Woman could be argued otherwise, but Gal Gadot ones shouldn't have been that big if being movie accurate.

That's exactly what I was trying to say, it was never reused before the one on Three Jokers wave.

They've started making the female figures more petite, though that's been leading to some problems with standing (since the feet are correspondingly smaller as well).

Unfortunately, that's not how your post reads.

Yeah, those look better scale wise. Don't have either yet. 90% of McFarlane figures I have issues with standing and need the bases, so I'd rather they just get the scale right and deal with balance separately later.

I'm new here, I'm having some issues with the quotes system but my comment was for the previous post regarding the reuse of the first Batgirl release, what I meant is that Nightwing and The Batman who Laughs were reused but Batgirl wasn't, that was my point, I'll try to be more clear from now on
I wonder what they will do with the Dark Knights Metal Wonder Woman body mold, that's another one I think never was reused

Is the Swamp Thing updated at all, or is it the same one that's been available for a while?

I think this is same as been out for a while, just took me a bit to get to pictures. There is also a variant with a different head, Gamestop I think.

Thanks. The paint applications can look so different in different people's photos.

Yeah, for these Swamp Thing ones I only did the "fancy pants" style shots, so matching real world wasn't the goal. It's still pretty good in normal light IMO tho.

Regarding Todd's house-design for Wonder Woman--the sculpt shows her belly is bare, but in both releases, it has been painted over.

Now, granted, armor with the belly exposed (probably the most common target!) is silly, but why did he sculpt that way then hide with paint?

The Joker with the... stapled on skin mask does look suitably gross. DC comics really blinked on that one... it sought to be "edgy gross" but not "true-life horrific"... a skinned face grows back horrifically (check out the woman mauled by a chimpanzee a few years back), but Joker's face remained conveniently "cool" not "puffy, shapeless, and unrecognizeable".

McFarlane could re-release all of those figures one more time, with bandages wrapped around their heads.

I liking that Rebirth Batman a lot. Since I don't really collect this line (only have Arkham Knight Batman) the size thing doesn't bother me. Maybe I'll get lucky and find one soon.

I'm looking forward to that rebirth batman being available. At least the sculpts are getting better even though articulation needs some tweaking.

That Joker headsculpt is amazing, but I absolutely cannot understand why they wouldn't have put it on a Joe's garage mechanic jumpsuit body. They need to make that figure.

Cheap re-use of an existing body.
