Keeping the metal, smaller voltron as an exclusive is bullcrap and they know it.

I could buy the bigger lions right now but I heard this set was coming and now it's an exclusive?!

Hopefully this Optimus Prime drops the price on some of the older sets since this looks to be a reissue. Need the Commander Gree too... dang!

Didn't know it was smaller, pass for me then, especially since you can only get it at EE booth, although I wonder if they'll throw it up on EE's website later. How much will these be?

They're just announcing that A-Force box set as a SDCC exclusive NOW? What assholes...I was under the impression that it would be sold in stores when it was first announced ages ago. Getting my hands on a set will now be a huge pain in the ass, but hopefully demand is low and the set doesn't sell out at ToysRUs.com right away.

I was under the same impression, really annoying. However, according to some sources the set will be available on the TRU webiste on July 20th. The Starwars figure will be available at SDCC and online, and then in the fall at TRU. So I would think that the A force set will be done the same way... possibly.

That All-New Wolverine/X-23 figure is tops!

Really hoping the lack of America Chavez in the boxset is because she'll get a figure release later in either the Infinity War Legends series(she did punch Thanos hard enough to knock a tooth out!), or the Black Panther Legends series(she worked with him often in Ultimates).

On TRU's site, all of the exclusives say "Coming Soon" except for some girl goth doll & the robot dogs. Those are convention only.

The link above is Toyark's post for last years Toys R Us SDCC exclusives. The language in the post is pretty similar to this years in regards to how the figures will only be available on TRU.com and at the EE booth at SDCC. But most, if not all of last years Toys R Us exclusives showed up in the store. Which is what they have done for the past couple of years so they are mostly timed releases. Also, Optimus is TRUs third release of the MP10 mold. That isn't much of an exclusive for SDCC.

Commander Gree and the Funko Pop X-23 Wolverine will probably sell out quickly due to their lower price tag. But the A-Force box set could go either way. It's full of all new figures which is a big draw but it's also a $120 store exclusive. And for people looking to spend their money on actual convention exclusives, a store exclusive goes on the back burner till there is money available.

Wonder what the price on a full set of voltron lions is? That is such horse**** that it's an exclusive.
