Unknown Figure

If anyone is able to identify the pictured figure then it would be greatly appreciated. I presumed it was Ripley from Aliens 4 and was produced by McFarlane Toys, but am uncertain.

It has no name.
That is a custom Marvel Legends figure of some kind.
