Hmm... doesn't look like it has landing gears. Oh well at least it now has Basara in the cockpit!

I was under the impression that this VF-100 would have metal parts, but the "Hi Metal" refers the pain job. Very much like the Gundam SP series was a few years back...
After seeing the "transformation" and all compromises they had to make to the model to accomplish this, I'll be passing on this one. I was excited about the metallic paint finish, but the screw holes completely ruin the sculpt for me. Describing this figure as a "model" was a good first step, but they really should go back to the parts swap system. It maintains the detail of the sculpt. They really don't need ANOTHER transforming valk. The DX and the 1/72 scale kits already do that and fill the niche markets quite nicely. Last edited by zinjo; 11-10-2009 at 09:26 AM..
