I picked up Marvel Transformers crossovers Wolverine yesterday.
I was hesitant on picking up this line, but I had heard good things about this mold, and I'm happy I picked it up. I was pleasantly surprised with this figure, he is lots of fun, neat transformation, and very poseable. He has a feature on his hands, you push the button on his forearms and his claws pop out. He is also very stable thanks to the tabs that fold down behind his feet, making dramatic poses much easier to pull off. Vehicles mode is solid and a lot of fun. All in all, a great figure, I highly recommend! Bio: Built to match the toughness and ferocity of Wolverine himself, this battle suit is fast, scrappy, and able to take a pounding that would turn other mechs into scrap. Advanced repair systems fix most damage done almost instantly. In addition, the mech mode pops out claws sharp enough to rip through almost any armor.

Y'know, I had passed on him because of the retina melting color combo, but he does seem to be a cool figger! Maybe I'll grab one and repaint him into his heyday era brown and orangy-tan. That would probably better suit the alt mode anyway!

That would be cool, big hank!
I wanted to add that the joints all around, are all nice and tight, with the legs and knees having ratcheting joints, he feels nice and bulky, he is really solid!

Not a TF guy, but I am a huge Wovlerine fan so I grabbed this myself. The transformation is solid, the posability is good (the neck is the only part that really got sold short), and the vehicle is cool. There are even some wheel adjustments that are not readily apparent to help everything line up all cool looking.
*EDIT* I just noticed in your vehicle pic, that your wheels are out of alignment. Try pulling them out and down for a more realistic stance on the truck.

Wolverine is easily my favorite Marvel TF. An all-around great toy.

The least favorite figure of this line seems to be Spiderman, and even he gets favorable reviews, I will pick up figures from this line eventually, they seem to be constructed very well and superior to the Star Wars versions. I think Wolverine would look killer and more realistic in his current X-Force colors, the same way I think the Thor TF would have a more realistic A-10 mode using his current costume colors. Captain America looks like he might be the best of the line.

Star Wars TF's - These are not.
I hesitated because of those, but, they turned out some nice toys!

IMO this is one of the best Transformers of the year out of all the different lines. Just adore mine.

Yes, Wolverine is one awesome figure. Buy it if you don't already own one. I can't wait to see big hank's custom, but I'm pretty sure that Hasbro will release a redeco of it in the Fang costume at some point.
Are you sure it's Mattel? Because it would seem odd for Hasbro to outsource this to their competition, when they have the licenses for both Marvel and TFs. I thought it was Hasbro or one of it's sub-divisions.

Well, I think with all you guys recommendations I will definitely pick Wolvie up tomorrow. I think for sure I'll paint him brown & tan, to bring me back to the good 'ol days! Thanks for the recommendation guys!

I'd like to see a Brown/Tan repaint, the muted colors might look nicer than the tiger stripe scheme there.
He looks ok though, I'd get him, but I'm not racing to get it just yet. I'm hesitating on the whole line - though I do find it more interesting than the Star Wars Transformers |

The Star Wars crossovers are not made by Hasbro, however, they are made by Micro Machines. Maybe that is why the Marvel ones are a lot better

Actually, Micro Machines were owned as a brand by Galoob. Hasbro bought Galoob back in 2000 (they even used a few Johnny Quest vehicles for the Joe relaunch at that time). Just an FYI.
And BTW, moving those wheels around makes a big diff in the appearance as a truck, yeah?

That just makes it a typical Transformer, since it's an undocumented "feature".
