Trainwreck Fishbowl Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 253	I just wanted to put a good word on the boards for Sideshow's CS department. They handle their emails as real people and you can reply to them with questions. I got a Hot Toys figure that was pretty beat up, and they replaced the individually broken parts no questions asked, no cost to me. They've been really responsive and awesome.
