I just wanted to put a good word on the boards for Sideshow's CS department. They handle their emails as real people and you can reply to them with questions. I got a Hot Toys figure that was pretty beat up, and they replaced the individually broken parts no questions asked, no cost to me.
They've been really responsive and awesome. Thought people should know! |
