It's pretty close to comic accurate if you take off the belt. That's how she looked in the Mighty Avengers. Short hair w/ black jump suit.

I'm still treating this as an unreleased figure until there are in-store sightings. Same goes for the Yelena and Cage variants.

That's what I am assuming, hence my comment. In other words, I won't consider them official variants in my Checklist thread until they actually get a retail release.
And for our MOC Arkers, hopefully you won't consider them to be part of the collection (unless you also collect prototypes and unreleased toys too).
