I have no idea. Never saw these before. The solicitation I received says April 2013. If they were previously released by Hiya Toys, then these may be reissues.

BBTS lists Koba as being in-stock. I know that photos first appeared for them ages ago (possibly a year or more), but I didn't follow closely after that. I'm guessing they've just taken a while to release possibly.
