This is not a made up story. This item was in a sealed from factory box. There was more than one in the box. The location from where these items were shipped was the Arnold, Mo Walmart store #1514. Phone # is 636-282-0297. Had I not been there I would not have believed it either. They can verify this.

Am I misunderstanding that? I wasn't aware Walmart was shipping factory sealed cases to customers. That aside, this is utter bull$#**. It keeps getting worse and worse.

Not to vouch for this guy at all, but his response to me was seemingly saying that he was there when they wal-mart stocked their case and that the entire case was full of errors. I'm very close to contacting said wal-mart and just asking to find out. :P

Impossible- the interior plastic casing does not fit those figures- no way it's some "factory mistake". At best the guy could have said he bought thte box thinking it was legit and now is reselling it, but his story is utter crap.

Also, as far as I know, that 12" Star Wars figure hasn't been made in over 10 years. I sincerely doubt the factory that made this wave of GB sets still has those Figrin D'an figures lying around to "accidentally" put in the MU packaging, assuming it was even the same factory that did all three toy lines.

Not to mention the fact that if it was the same factory for all three lines, it would have had to have been reset with completely different tooling to do each line.

Glad it came down.
