I reported it to ebay. Reading the description just put me over the edge.

I reported it as well. Hopefully everyone does.. this guy is ridiculous.. even changing out the figure.. wow.

Yeah, that description is something else. It's one thing to assume that it's a factory error, especially if the seller is someone who doesn't know a thing about toys otherwise. It's another to blatantly lie about it by claiming "a lot of these errors have already been removed or reclaimed."

Reported and asked the seller if he/she realizes that it's a fake. I'll be curious to hear the answer, if I get one.

Unfortunately, it's not a joke. The more people that report it, the better the chance ebay will do something about it.

I reported it, it was funny seeing it at first but for someone to try to make 200 bucks off of it and also steal the items shows the true douchebaggery that some people are capable of.

I saw a Frost Giant GB set in Walmart for the first time last night... the top of the box was ripped up and Loki was missing. I bet it was this guy.

Being from st louis, I decided this guy needed to explain himself.. so I told him we had many people who were willing to report him and his item, but this response is mindboggling.. :x


RESPONSE via Ebay:

This is not a made up story. This item was in a sealed from factory box. There was more than one in the box. The location from where these items were shipped was the Arnold, Mo Walmart store #1514. Phone # is 636-282-0297. Had I not been there I would not have believed it either. They can verify this.

Wow what an idiot!!! But I think there was a genuine packing mistake because i bought a Deadpool & Tasky 2 pack & Tasky had no sling for his arrows & I just bought it in a rush cause I had to go to school so maybe thjey forgot to put one on the one I have.
