Yes it does look cool, I've only read a portion of that series. Seeing your pics convinced me to get it as it represents mostly a new and unique sculpt and was well done.

I've a bunch of them and a bunch of Ubiquitous sets and a sheet-ton of custom dios...I've been real busy on the collecting tip, B. So busy I'm getting my shiz insured and have had to commit to monthly storage because the temp highs and lows of the garage make it a nonstarter for storage. I'd be taking pictures, but work has got me like "uhh, well, at least I can buy it???" God is good, always!

ahh.. i've always been a hair away from buying a ubiquitous.. and this guy i know was going to give me a GREAT price on two. At the last min I bailed.. probably a good choice because i have numerous dios but like you.. don't have tons of times for the entire PROCESS that is pic taking. I'd love to see those in action though...hollar if you ever end up taking pics with em .... and i hear you on the storage. My parents moved earlier last year and i had to clear all my shit out of their spot. I had no choice but to get storage.Though mine isn't temp controlled. SAID i was gonna get in there before summer to get everything bagged individually before summer comes and they turn into one big melted plastic heap..

You've got more stuff. You kept all your wares, old Toy Bix and other stuff. I got rid of all that stuff years ago...

Do you get all the Storm Figs or just spot ones?

Storm I'm collecting just about all Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter except for repaints and odd costumes. All Gears of War. I'm not feeling lot of the new licenses they have picked up because a lot of it is from games i didnt play / care for .
I'm a DC fan but i do not like the new Lobo, (too big for my liking), Bane (saw it in person and just didn't want it, Doomsday (REALLY don't like that version), and Darkseid whom i was never much a fan of. on the bright side.. that saves me LOTS of cash. The only other franchise that would interest me if they EVER get to it is Darkstalkers.

No, but I like it all. They're doing a lot of games I liked when I owned various Sega systems. Games I grew up playing in arcades: World Heroes, Fatal Fury, King of Fighters, and Golden Axe.

Their Gears stuff looks inspired and the MK and SF lines are proven...

I feel like I missed my window with them. too much expense and effort to back track a get everything I want.

I bet they'd make a dope Guyver series.

The minute Bandai teased, I thought to myself that it was quite impressive that the line had come this far and was going to actually offer a Great Ape fig in 1/12 scale.

Ya know.. I went back and forth on deciding to purchase it. The price was hefty.
In the end, now that it is in hand, I am glad I "nabbed" it. ;o)
