BAF: The Magus-created, six-armed Doppelganger, natch.

Scarlet Spiders: Kaine - Redo of the black/red costume on the ANAD 2099/Sunfire body, with alternate hands, an unmasked alternate head, and an alternate 'Other'-powered head.
Scarlet Spiders: Ben Reilly - The new costume on the Pizza Spidey body, with alternate hands and an unmasked alternate head.
Spidercide - with alternate fist/open-clawed hands
Carrion - with side bag (based on the Malcolm McBride version, but can also fill in for the original 'clone of the Jackal' version too)
Spider-Mutations: Man-Spider - the long-loved mutation of Spider-Man in the old animated series. Mostly new tooling, with no alternate accessories.
Spider-Mutations: Six-Arm Spider-Man - using similar tooling to the above, again with no accessories.
Judas Traveller
Mayhem (April Parker) - May Parker (Spider-Girl)'s clone 'sister', with alternate hands (fists, web-shooting, and symbiote claws) and an alternate 'symbiote' head (with jagged eyes and exposed hair)

Black Panther (Shuri) - with alternate hands (clawed, holding), cloak, and spear (likely a reuse of Kraven's spear)
Eric Killmonger - With alternate masked and unmasked heads, and numerous weapons (daggers, guns, etc)

I'd buy it. I would like a Dora Milaje but this would definitely be a workable wave.

BAF: Sure, the Ant-Man lore is full of size-changing heroes, but I'll be damned if I don't weasel Stature in.

Graviton and Count Nefaria. You know I'd be down for that. Another great wave and these are my two most wanted non X-Men villains. In fact, even though Neffy is a little bulkier than Gravy, I would be okay for just a color swap and minor head retooling, they look very much alike.

Graviton was pretty bulky in Thunderbolts and Earth's Mightiest Heroes. They could both get away with being on the Grim Reaper mold. But I figured Gravy would look better with his long hair/beard look.

BAF: Will the real Wade Wilson please stand up? Because if he's not Deadpool, he's the hulking assassin, T-Ray!

Deadpool - In X-Force costume (essentially a repaint of the 2016 Deadpool) with twin katanas, twin pistols, and a combat knife, and alternate 'half-masked' head
Outlaw (Inez Temple) - with removable hat, twin revolvers (with holsters), and lasso
Agent X (Nijo/Alex Hayden) - with twin pistols and a shotgun
Lady Deadpool - with pistol, submachine gun, twin katanas, assault rifle, and alternate unmasked head
