Dragon Flyz Toy

Hey all, I've been trying to find out who this guy is. I know he's from the Dragon Flyz cartoon but I've had a look at all the main characters and I just can't find him! I've even had a look for these toys and have found several just not this one (mabye hes rare?)

Anyway Hope you guys can help, here a link for some Hi Res pics.
