So you end up with archer characters that can't hold their bows properly or characters with larger weapons that require two hands to hold that are unable to weld them correctly.
That isn't accurate. Many figures have a verticle cut right wrist and horizontal on the left. That allows them to hold rifles well "at ready" and even shoulder them (Though, sometimes they make a strange decisions to utilize two horizontal cuts for gun toters) A lot of the guys that use swords have 2 vert cuts for their hands. Like Retro Storm Shadow. Even though Grunt uses 2 horizontal joints he can still shoulder a rifle very well. As far as paying attention to use as it pertains to weapons and wrist articulation Classified is the gold standard.

I can get both hands on the torch like it is supposed to be held, but the problem is one of the hands is not holding the weapon properly due to the articulation with the back of the hand not in the right position, because of the articulation (which you can see in the picture Dr. Kain posted). And no amount of boiling or heating will make a joint swing in a way that it isn't designed for, so that is a problem.

Yeah I understand. But if he isn't getting full range out of the butterfly joints it would definitely effect his ability to hold the torch properly.

Do you have a picture of how you got it in there?

The butterfly joints aren't the issue. It's the way the wrists are done.

My replacement Torch arrived today and I'm happy to say his leg doesn't fall off. Not just that, but the backpack actually stays plugged in to the peg compared to the first one.

I figured I would quote my original post after seeing the reveal of Raptor at SDCC, and wow I think that it looks great and it went from something I didn't care about to one of the figures I am looking forward to the most now. Just a good upgrade to a figure that was described in his original filecard a a crazy guy in a bird suit.

Raptor was always a favorite of mine as a kid (I loved the figures that came with animals) and that super buff body he was on meant he was capable of taking on anyone hand to hand...even the Sarge. (At least in my head cannon)

That said...a little disappointed he only has those MCU inspired vulture wings and no football mascot feather cosplay wings.

My Night Creepers arrived yesterday, and hands down, this is my favorite figure of the year by a long shot. Creeper is a figure I've wanted since the start of the line, and he was well worth the wait.

Wanted to do something with the Ninja Force headsculpt he came with, and it just didn't feel right on the OG Creeper design. That said, I cobbled together this look to make a "Night Creeper Leader" until we get a proper one (or a Ninja Force version of Creeper, which you know is coming thanks to all this new tooling he has.)

Okay i am stealing this recipe! Man this looks fantastic and i too would use him as my nc leader. Makes more sense than a blind folded shirtless guy in orange tiger stripe pants.

If you're wondering...it's:

-Cobra Red Ninja torso and arms
-Firefly v.1 (Cobra Island) legs and hip cover
-Cobra Red Ninja boots
-Red Ninja belt (cut/modded for length)

The crossbow/sword combo comes from the Snake Eyes movie basic Night Creeper. The sword comes with various ninjas, this one comes from the Desert Snake Eyes.

You will need to mod the neck peg on the Red Ninja for the Ninja Force Creeper head. I shaved it down with a dremel for it to sit better and am using sticky tack to hold it in place. Since the neck joint on the Red Ninja turns independently from the body, it does not lose any of the articulation.

Couple of close ups from SDCC. Baroness looks AMAZING in person. So does Wild Weasel. The sheer size of the Rattler is hard to convey without seeing it but the gunner nest opening is over 3"

I'm not really a fan of that Baroness, but that's okay, I can't afford the Rattler this year anyway.

I really like the Baroness' head sculpt, but I'm not dropping over 3 bills for it.

What about it don't you like?

Lenny told us he absolutely loves that Baroness and we are going to see her in OG blue and gold. Under her flight gear her body suit is very "MASS Device". The straight bangs and bun hairpiece is great.

I'm backing the Rattler anyway. When they pulled that thing out folk just got quiet. It's beautiful. Truly. The Gunner Nest opening is a little over 3" wide. It has very cool features. If you haven't checked out the campaign it's worth a gander.

I prefer Baroness in all black. That figure also has a pillow around her shoulders/neck. Plus, the outfit seems to be based on her very early version that was blue and gold in the cartoon and comics as opposed to her later design.

Hello Arkers…I have purchase many haslab is the past, but does no on think that the rattler is over-priced? I’m going to wait probably to the last week to make my decision, but I still shocked at the price point…And, could they have given us better tiers to unlock? 2 figures and some patches? Maybe it is just me…

That looks like a smaller version of an LPU that fighter pilots typically wear, so I do not understand the problem with it.

I feel the same way. I backed both the HISS and the Dragonfly, and I feel kind of meh on this one and not sure if I want to drop the money on it right now. I am waiting to decide if I am backing it.

Yes, but it doesn't meant I like it being on her.

It's removable. It's pilot Baroness. Her wearing pilot gear isn't a surprise.

I got Doc in the mail yesterday, and after Torch being an improvement with the sculpted on glasses Doc is a let down. The arms on the glasses are too short to go around his ears. It looks fine if you put his helmet on then the glasses though. He has some great paint work on him though, like pill bottles on his helmet and the pen and flashlight on his vest.

You asked why I didn't like teh figure, I answered. Then you didn't like the answer and kept going.

Removable or not, I just don't like that design of her. I prefer the black suit of Baronesss. That one looks like the blue and gold suit she had very early on, but with the gold painted black, which I was not a fan of.

It's just that saying not liking that a pilot Baroness is wearing pilot gear an odd complaint. But I completely get it, I didn't like desert camo Snake Eyes so I didn't buy one.

I don't recall saying I didn't like pilot Baroness for wearing pilot gear, I just originally said I don't care for that version so it's not a selling point for me. I'd rather have either a brand new character with the pilot gear or an international variant name.

So after trying and failing every day this week to order the Once a Man Cobra Commander off Hasbro Pulse, I was able to place an order at 5 a.m. this morning. It seems to be randomly coming in and out of stock throughout the week, and I think I just got lucky this morning. Previously I was seeing it as either out of stock, sold out, or available but I got errors when trying to add it to my cart. I think that the problem was limiting orders to 5 and not something like 2. I do predict eBay being flooded with them in a few months.

My Targets now have Gnawgahyde on clearance for $31. Still too high for my taste, but figured I'd let you all know.
