Judge Dredd - ML Style

Wanted a beefier more Simon Bisley Dredd. Super happy with NECA's 7" line of comic/animated figures (Batman, Superman, Phantom, etc...) and wanted a Dredd to go with. The base figure was NECA Phantom. Dredd parts were a mix of Mezco and Legendary. Belt was fodder with Legendary Dredd buckle repaint. Zipper was from fodder. Did two different eagle shoulders.
