Large Spider-Man and Peter Parker

I've got this Spiderman and Peter Parker that I can't seem to find/remember what they came from;

Are they anything special?
Also, if anyone could tell me what costume this is for spiderman, I'd really appreciate it.

That's Ben Reilly, not Peter Parker and I think those might be Toy Biz figures from their 90's line-up. Can't really tell ya what they were called, but the suit is when Peter's Clone filled in for Spidey.

I had these as well, I want to say they were a KB Toys Exclusive.
