I recently got the Superwoman and Ultraman from the DC Multiverse line and I just had to point out how Ultraman's box & card reads "Superman of Earth 3," but Superwoman's is just her name and not "Wonder Woman of Earth 3." Setting that observation aside I've got to say these are pretty good figures. I took the Batman & Superman down from my top shelf on my bookshelf for some Crime Syndicate vs Justice League comparisons. It seems like Owlman isn't out yet and MacFarlane hasn't made a Wonder Woman that's just her normal look from the comics so this is the best I could do. Hey, I did recreate the Hiketeia image with Superwoman and Batman so that must be worth something. For reference here's the top shelf of my bookshelf the bottom two shelves are for my graphic novels. |

Besides Croc Master arriving today, I may have gone a little overboard on the spending at Fan Expo Denver today, but you know what, I don't care. I got to meet the artist behind the Goosebumps artwork today. He also autographed some books for me and agreed to do an interview with me over the weekend. This is awesome!!

				 | I finally got this pain in the ass figure. Throne Room Fett is here. I orignally had him pre-ordered on gamestop back in December of last year & issues happened so I cancelled it. I than pre-ordered him on Best Buy he has an August release date. So I cancelled with Best Buy and ordered him on Amazon and now he is here. Fuck Hasbro and their shitty distribution with Star Wars. Onto the figure. Looks great and fits nicely with the other Mando Figures. His blaster Rifle is a bit of a pain to get in his hand. you have to snake the Thumb into the handle. |

Agreed. Hasbro really needs to get their shit together. I've had the VC Book of Boba Fett figure pre-ordered at Gamestop since January and haven't heard anything since. I'm starting to wonder if it's ever coming out.

Sorry for the spelling errors. What I was trying to say is, I feel that all the backers of the HISS Tank are getting great value from Hasbro.

Fourth of July weekend haul. Please excuse the stand on Man-Bat. I pulled him from my display tonight to take pics of some of my recent pickups and he's really top heavy. |

I got two DC Direct Batman The Adventures Continue figures of Batman and Harley Quinn at a Vintage Stock in Independence, Missouri. I'm curious to know what the box on Batman means by Cell Shaded. I really don't see what it means by that. Here are the figures. I also got the TPB for Batman the Adventures Continue from Vintage Stock. They are both good figures. I decided to create some fun Batman Vs. Harley Quinn action. I didn't notice until a pamphlet fell out of Harley's box that the figure I have is of the Batman The Animated Series Harley not the New Batman Adventures Harley, but her design changes so little between shows that I didn't even notice that. Also, she's sculpted in a way that makes it more ambiguous what show she's from. I do plan on collecting the BTAS and TNBA versions of the characters in this DC Direct line for Harley I really only need one. I don't even think there is a TNBA Harley figure. Also, I do find it a little weird that Batman has a grapple gun accessory then he also has an alternate hand of him holding the grapple gun is that accessory just for show? Overall, I love both figures. |

See the painted on shadows and highlights? The darker grey on the back/insides of his arms and legs and the lighter grey on his cape? That's the shading they are referring to. It's painted to look like animated cel colouring.

Aye I quite like the cel-shaded paint on there. It's not as obvious as say NECA 80s TMNT or the 90s toon X-Men from Hasbro recently but I like it. Nice!
