Got some stuff from Target and some from Amazon today. One of the new Create a Monster sets, the Mummy and Gorgon Girls. This is the one I wanted but the Blob/Ice girls were gone already. The torsos are fully sculpted now, like the Skelita from the Scaris line. The new bed for Abbey. It is neat because the plastic for the bed is molded in an iridescent color changing plastic. They also had Frankie's new make up table but it was pretty boring. Some of the new basic fashion add ons. Some of the new DELUXE fashion add ons. The new Dance Class Howleen. |

My Wife picked up that Dance Class Howleen and also the Dance Class Laguna for my Daughter for Xmas. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for that new Create a Monster set for her too...I know she will want the Abbey Bed also!!! Her playroom is Monster High everything. Sent the Helecarrier in there to blow up the High School the other night LOL.

A little Friday clearance action. Cap was $9.50 @ Wal-Mart, Baraka was $5 @ TJ Maxx.

Got a personal Grail of mine today... ...my very first actual Diaclone piece. I've got a couple of Pre-TF figures, but they're from some of the other lines that were used. He's a bit yellowed on the back of the leg and torso, but I've been looking for one of these for quite some time now, and I couldn't resist it. He'll display nicely in robot mode until I can find another body, but I figured he has all his accessories, so it was not a bad buy at all. Beats getting one incomplete and having to sort through all those Starscream parts looking for the Diaclone versions. |

You should post some pictures of that Tallgesse II. I'd love to get that figure if I could ever find it at a decent price.

I still need to find a Diaclone Thundercracker & Mexican Skywarp to finish off my G1 Seekers, but that's just a patience thing...I guess. I found some more Dark Knight Rises items on clearance today. First, I found The Bat at Wal-Mart on clearance for $16.00. The box was a little rough but since it was around 50% off and I planned on opening it anyway, no biggie. Unfortunately there was no movie Batman to be found to go with it. Luckily Target had a few left on their shelves. This rang up at $2.94.

				 | Quote: You might be able to get rid of the yellowing by soaking it in something. I've seen people fix various G.I. Joe figs and vehicles that were white, grey, and blue but turning yellow due to oxidization. I have a Snow Job that was bright white and had been packed away for years that started turning yellow. I can't remember what they used but it also involved letting the part soak in the sun. |

I finally found Madarin after looking for ages, got him from a local dealer...He had 3 total, two for $25 (which I wouldn't have paid) and then one for $15. This is the $15 one. It absolutely came from one of those Avengers Assemble Bonus Value packs at WalMart on Black Friday (I got one for Xmas and have examined it closely). The back was torn up top, and the "Not for Resale" sticker was removed from the bottom. I planned on opening him anyway so I didn't care about the box. Not a great paint job on the face, but I can fix that.
