My Allfather wave case came in from BBTS today. Sorry for the mediocre pictures. I really need a good light source and a better camera than my cell phone
![]() The case is 8 pieces. I left the duplicate Hawkeye out of the pics. Also, if anyone happens to be checking stores during the stocking hours, the box is pretty easily distinguishable. I am including a pic in case anyone wants a reference point. |

arkham knight was disappointing.. no bicep swivel, and only has one open hand, so he can't hold that huge gun with two hands.

The articulation is good...the only thing I didn't like was the swivel shoulders. The shoulder pads limit the articulation and she doesn't have ball jointed shoulders, just swivels. I can't complain about it too much tho cuz the sculpt would not be accurate I suppose if she could lift her shoulder pads in favor of a ball jointed shoulders (I'm sure just as many might complain if they broke up the shoulder pads in favor of more articulation). I think it's ball jointed head, swivel shoulders, swivel biceps, swivel hinge elbows, diaphraghm pivot, ball jointed hips, swivel hinge knees, swivel ankles (pretty good especially for a $7.99 figure in this scale these days). She's about 4.5" tall, but she looks pretty good next to 1/18 scale stuff (it is a space suit after all). The mystery figure is *SPOILER ALERT highlight text for answer* Samus in morph ball mode.

Dang, I was hoping she would be in scale with the Figma.
And that mystery accessory is not really a mystery when that is expected. I thought it was going to be something worthwhile.

![]() I already had NECA's 3.75" Carmine from Gears of War, but I was able to order the entire series 2 for only $13 shipped which is an extremely good deal. The deal was so good I'm quite willing to forgive how messy the paint is on Marcus' face, seriously the sculpting they put in for the size is remarkable and the work on the tattoos is so terrific but Marcus in particular looks like he has a serious case of chapped lips and a dead eye. I am overall quite happy with them, the con of the paint on the face is hard to see without getting up close so once they're on the shelf it won't really matter. Shame we never got any Locusts in this scale. ![]()

I really have been trying to not buy figures that are not part of regular lines I get (Legends, TF, SW Black and a few others) but I had to get Sgt. Slaughter. I plan to get some GI Joe stickers to put down his pants legs like back in the day. ( also I don't think Trish Stratus feels like part of this line, but I don't follow WWE since the Rock and Stone Cold era 15 years ago.)
![]() ![]() Also if anyone missed the TF 84 X-mas orniments, they are back now as Egg shaped metal Easter decorations at TRU. ![]() |

Scratched a few more items off of my bucket list, finally adding this guy to my Friday the 13th collection...
![]() and crossing another huge item off of my list, I used some tax money to track down and finally pick up this set, if only to complete a certain trio that I had been hard pressed to complete for years. I might end up selling the Ultra Magnus to help offset some of the cost, but he's pretty sweet himself for being a redeco... ![]() The boys are back in town! ![]() |

Of all the toys I've missed or passed on, that set is definitely up there in my top 10 biggest regrets, but I'm happy for you that you've been able to round out your Seekers collection with Skywarp. Happy, but maybe a little jealous, lol ![]()

Of all the toys I've missed or passed on, that set is definitely up there in my top 10 biggest regrets, but I'm happy for you that you've been able to round out your Seekers collection with Skywarp. Happy, but maybe a little jealous, lol ![]() Getting a hold of Skywarp has been an adventure years in the making. When the set came out way back in 2006, I was living in Hawaii, which at the time, had no Target stores what-so-ever. I picked up Starscream the very first time I saw him back in the islands, and waited patiently in hopes for Thundercracker and Skywarp to one day be released. Fast forward to when the Generations line began to take off and TC finally came out, I snagged him as quickly as I could, and went back to waiting, still hoping Skywarp would come out, not knowing he had been released already. That's when a co-worker of mine who was much bigger into TF figures than I was asked me if I was willing to split an ebay auction with him, as he was trying to win an Ultra Magnus two pack. Lone behold, and very much to my surprise, did I discover that Skywarp had already been released, and had been a Target exclusive (I had since relocated to AZ.) Like you said Franklin, the prices on Ebay for this set are borderline obscene, and it quickly got too rich for my co-worker's and I's blood. Knowing that he was out there though, I knew it was only a matter of time. I can't tell you how many times I tried to pick up SW, either loose or new...only to be sniped something ridiculous over and over again during the closing seconds. I began looking for other options. I came very close to picking up the KO version of him, but I hated the chrome. Then the Takara Henkei box set came out, and came close to getting that one too, but I found that I actually preferred the Target Exclusive's deco over the classic scheme, and it seemed a disservice to the seekers I already had, so I passed on that as well. Then something happened after I got my tax money this month...the set suddenly showed up on Craigslist locally, at a price I could not refuse ($80 dollars.) I contacted the seller, and stared at my email inbox every day for about a week, hoping they would get back to me and tell me it wasn't sold, until finally, I heard from them, and got it into my hands today. Despite being brand new, Skywarp suffers from the same kinds of QC flaws that seem to plague the Target exclusive TF figures in the past (Animated Sunstorm comes to mind,) such as loose joints, and null rays that fall off his shoulders with some ease, but I don't give a rip, because I'm just damn happy to finally have this guy. Even happier knowing that Hasbro recently announced that this mold will be forever retired in the very near future. (And as you can see, I leave the null rays on the wings anyways so as to not inhibit the articulation, so who cares if they fall off the arms.) ![]() |
