Not to mention they got rid of the piece of **** Garlic saga. Oh, and it has a real English dub.

I just can't justify the BDs of Z though. I have the DBoxes and those are as good as the series will ever get unless Funimation actually releases them not cropped and properly remastered on BD.

Anyway, nice collection there. I'm assuming you already have Dragon Ball, right? If not, you should definitely get the five sets that are out for that on DVD. Funimation is trying to get the Dragon Box versions for that series, but it seems like Toei won't give them up. The only thing that sucks about those versions of Kai is that they don't feature the original Kai music that the first four volumes had before it was revealed that the composer was apparently plagiarizing something.
Thanks! The only reason I don't have Dragonball is because they are not on blu-ray. I know that's not a good excuse but I honestly can't seem to sit through a whole show or movie if it's not on at least 720 resolution. If they never make them on blu-ray I might still get them tough but just as collectibles.

For any minimate collector, can you tell me if the packages are supposed to be taped on the sides like that? or is that a walgreens thing or what?? i feel as though they might have been tampered with maybe.
Went to Walgreens today looking for these for my kids (stocking stuffers ) , they really don't go to Walgreens for their figures so this makes sure they don't see them . But struck out on minimates , however I did score a Kylo Ren and scored a Vader Lego figure from Target !
Also nice hauls everyone haven't been on in along time thought I would make a generic statement or my post would be too ling lol

I also noticed they are all the GOT Funko figures there, some decent Lego sets, artfx statues, some Marvel Selects (anti-venom and Magneto) so might be worth a stop if any of that interests you.

tj maxx or B&N has artfx statues and the like?

I received the first two TMNT statues today from BBTS and I am very happy with them. Cannot wait to get the others.

Sadly I also received the Women of Dynamite Vampirella statue that I ordered. The paint job on this statue is incredibly disappointing. All the edges of the outfit are poorly painted with many left as skin tone instead of properly painted. This includes the outfit itself as well as anything that comes in contact with the skin, boots, bracelets. As well as a large indentation or casting error on the back of the model. Also has red paint flecks on the arm and the skin tone itself is very flat with no shading at all. I would honestly say this paint job is worse then I have ever seen on a marvel legends figure and is just not acceptable for a 190.00 statue. I will be returning this one for sure.

FINALLY found Commander Cody today, as well as picked up War Machine for a buddy of mine at my local Walgreens...and nabbed Chameleon on the way home from work today at my local TRU. So glad I didn't have to resort to EvilBay for Chameleon.

It's so funny how some areas have abundance of some figures when other areas the same figure are like hens teeth.

None of the stores in my area even got that wave so it's a good thing I only wanted the one and Amazon is good to me.

Outside of Cody, the Emperor who I got on clearance shortly before Force Friday, and Kylo Ren, who I picked up on Force Friday, I have not seen a Black Series figure not named Slave Leia, Greedo, or Obi Wan in nearly 10 months. Distribution of this line here in southern AZ is seriously that awful.

I don't think they're ass ugly, I just don't understand the appeal.. But clearly plenty of people seem to enjoy them.

I agree as well, what makes these so desirable? Yesterday I went to the mall and the FYE was closed with a sign in front saying coming soon "FYE POP Place" or something along those lines. I get that a lot of fandoms don't have any toys so this is a way to supplement those, but good god EVERYTHING has a Pop now!

I've considered POPs a few times, the broad selection and price is very appealing but then you get into exclusives, and I'm afraid of a couple buys turning into way too many!
