If you're going for bare upper arms, I'd say give him XMO wolverine arms, chop the hands off and replace them, or get Namor's arms on there somehow, but they might be a bit lanky for that body.

If you remember RDJ in IM and he's in the garage testing out the flying boots, and Hot Toys made a figure of him wearing the muscle shirt with wires exposed and arch reactor coming out. I want something like that, would love to have the reactor and hands and feet light up, then just pose him on 1 of my HLJ stands and have him in flight mode. would look awesome!

I'm using Wonderman's body with a custom sculpted Bishop head. I was going to do a grey paint scheme similar to the Toybiz Bishop II, but I'm going with the blue. I'm going to tweak it a bit though. It won't be 100% like the '90s version.
