Again, just thinking out loud.

That's what I was thinking earlier, but I would sure love a BW figure, even a single carded comic style.

I own that figure, so you're definitely correct. Can't wait to actually get an action figure that's capable of performing proper archery stances. Mattel's attempts with the Green & Red Arrows were such a waste. You don't slap pin wrist articulation on archer figures - it's ridiculous, you don't even use your wrists in archery! Don't get me wrong, pin wrists are always nice. But double-jointed elbows are KEY poa's for archer figs.

Have to say that the Katniss fig wasn't really a step forward either - though the elastic string was a very nice touch.

Anyway, Cap & Loki are maybe's, Hawkeye's my must-have. Everyone else - pass....

And one last thing: is it me or are they using Heroscape tiles for bases??

argeed , i saw this on the marvelous news website "Since team member Black Widow seems to be missing from this assortment as well as a 6" Thor figure shown at NYCC, it's possible (though not confirmed) a second wave could be released later or that they may pop up through another retailer."

Let us pray. I suppose the best way to git 'er done would be to speak with our wallets. Show demand, Hasbro will (hopefully) provide supply.

I hope so as my (and everyone else's) Avengers set will never be complete without her.

Can some one please tell me why Thor is wearing his old outfit? I was looking most forward to him, and that little detail has me saying no, unless they update him. Iron Man is also wearing out-of-date armor. His new one in the trailers, shows a round hole with a triangular core in the middle. I hope they fix this.

im guessing there will be a second wave due to lots of these questions being asked so looking at it seems ironman mark 6 could of came from iron man 2 ( last boss fight) and Thor from his film , i think these are to see if they sell or not dunno

A closer look at the incredible hulk and loki provided by Xmeteorz from the Fwossh forums

I knew he would be taller im now getting this hulk figure !!!!! bye bye diamond !

Even with terrax's head on hulks body makes him look badass i think lol
The female head is from the two pack Tru exclusive Black widow and winter soldier ( whats on the front page) ,
all i can say is "i want these now" still no sign for Black widow and other figures but i will keep looking for you guys

LOL at the Black Widow head on the Loki body.

That Hulk body is phenomenal with the only thing I'm not liking about it is that those hips look to be using those ball joints that are at an angle. Other than that it's nearly perfect, although why Hasbro has a thing about not including nipples on him I'll never know. He's shirtless Hasbro, deal with it.

But yeah, perfect build and perfect height. Hell, throw a comic head sculpt on him and you'll have a great comic Hulk as well.

Oddly enough that BW head works surprisingly well on Loki's body.

Throw some boobies pn her and I'd take her for a movieverse Enchantress.

I am not too sure how different that Cap and Iron Man are from the Cap move figures in 6inch and Marvel Legends wave 1. Cap looks great under the light and Iron man looks battle damaged.. Hawkeye is a must pick up but where is Black widow and classic comic Hawkeye? Hell even a Ultimate Hawkeye in 6 inch would make me happy

Hello all !
Im just guessing here so dont get over excited looking at previous walmart packaging thor walmart esculsive it showed available figures in the wave which was loki and lord of asgard thor , and the his battle hammer. So my guess is that the pictures i have uploaded from fwoosh is highly possible to be a the avengers wave 1 line and likely to be a smaller wave 2 to complete new styles / armours and 1 or two characters like nick fury, black widow, iron man mark 7 , thor without cape etc , maybe the new villian, and a other character but this just a guess and slim chance of it happening and is just my personal thoughts on these figures

nope, Although judging on previous figures it will likely to be realsed after the film itself or once its out on blu-ray. so screening May4 (US) i would possibly think it might be out june - july as a precdicition. but things seem to take their time to get realsed , example is that late MU figures

Edit : Actually looking at this link maybe a long while http://www.play.com/Search.html?sear...pe=allproducts I only think this is because collectors say that the 6 inch figure will be realsed when the blu-ray comes out or after. ( this doesnt mean there is a new ghost rider wave coming)

Damn! I really hope that they release wave 1 first around the movie and wave 2 around the DVD release. I refuse to buy the 3 3/4 inch because these are leaps and bounds better! Thanks for the info!

Have you guys noticed how much the Walmart Exclusive 6" Avengers figures are going for on ebay? I just noticed tonight... Hawkeye is going for around $70-85 and the Hulk is going for around $50-75... What the heck? I just bought Captain America at my local Walmart and they had a Thor and two Iron Man figures left.
