Ugh. Why are half the MS sculpts decent and the other half crap? The tiny torso and stilty legs on Electro look horrible. And of course we need a 600th Spidey to jack-up the price of yet another much needed set. Even the packaging looks like a bad Toy Biz '94 throwback! I'll wait for the eventual clearance to pick up those dio pieces.
Feels good to vent sometimes.

These both look very cartoony compared to the usual Marvel Select, and Electro's box art isn't even the same costume as the toy.

The art is from the lame Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. Spidey lacking the red on his arms is a dead giveaway. The figures themselves look fine to me.

This set would have actually been tempting if they used the new movie Spidey instead. I'm not a fan of the way this comic version looks. Electro looks okay to me.

Nope...
...and that Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon isn't so bad. You see the Deadpool episode? "Ha- You said "trap"..." Hilarious.

Yup...
Sorry that's the best I could find. It's what he looked like before he absorbed a ton of electricity in his debut episode. See I watched it. I just don't care for it. Also not a fan of Deadpool. |
