For the past few years, I've looked forward to Kroger's exclusive Halloween Hot Wheels each Fall, but nothing in this years selection interests me at all
Even when there isn't something cool, like a re-decoed Ecto-1 or Batmobile, there's typically at least one other interesting car in the line-up.
Hopefully, other collectors will find something they like among the four offered this year.

i'm so glad i'm not a hot wheels collector.. with people out there buying so many multiples, it must be impossible sometimes to find some of these.

None of them are ever ludicrously hard to find since they almost always re-release them or repaint them at some point. Like for a good while I was looking for the Snoopy car and the Jetsons car to finish my cartoon cars line-up but then Hot Wheels repacked them all the next distribution and they became almost common, it's sorta just a patience game.

I work overnights and somedays I get to leave early. I will run into the same handful of guys hunting for hot wheels while I make a few stops on my way home. One morning I saw a guy going through all the Hot Wheels, picking out every single Adam West Batmobile. I asked him if he really needed to buy every single one. He'd picked out about 15 Batmobiles and had them stacked up on a shelf next to him. I grabbed one off the top of his pile and tossed it into my basket. He didn't protest, but he gave me the evil eye. I think guys like that buy certain Hot Wheels specifically to sell on ebay. They create a kind of false scarcity for certain cars and gouge other collectors.

Most of those Hot Wheels collectors don't seem interested in movie and fantasy type cars, which happen to be the only ones I'm looking for, so I typically don't have too much trouble finding the cars I'm looking for.

I can see buying a couple of a certain car so you can have one to open and one to keep on the card, but it does seem like some people are hoarding.

It is now. But it’s been photobucketed!

I myself collect movie related hot wheels. Found the bat plane and a batmobile before Christmas. I’m still missing the animated batmobile from 2019. I’m also on the look out for those entertainment vehicles for the thundercats and masters of the universe vehicles.

I found the MotU one at Target yesterday, they should be in the same assortment
