So they're selling me an unpainted statue on a blank card? I think not.
It would have been better had they packaged him with half of a card with the edge having a burnt effect reflecting Gus' head.

I think they were looking to offer something one of a kind as opposed to a plain variant. This is indicative of how most companies receive test shots from the factory. I'm not sure if these are actual test shots they had laying around, or if they are simply mimicking a test shot. I imagine the amount for sale being very small, as they're mainly marketing this as a giveaway item for stopping by their booth at Toy Fair.

A burnt edge packaging variant would be something that would be more expensive to produce, and they'd likely be more included to sell that themselves or offer to a retailer.
