My Harley Quinns and Catwoman look feminine. This figure of a 20 yo girl looks totally unfeminine.

Given how the outfit looks like pants and sneakers, I'm wondering if this was originally supposed to be Across the Spiderverse Gwen and then they changed it to comics Gwen at the last second? Body might work for a 15 yo girl maybe.

Why couldn’t they design shoulder pads like this for their Wolverine? It looks way more secured there.

Edit: also, this is a nice looking Iron Man, ngl.

This looks great and I want those spot-on repulsor effects (badly), but I prefer the Legends version. I wish Mezco hadn’t added the tooling to the outside of the biceps and quadriceps. But it's pretty ace otherwise...

I have the first Iron Man and it feels terrific in hand, a LOT of metal. I'm generally good though with the amount of Iron Mans we've gotten in the last 10 years, so am passing on this one.

This looks awesome, I'm all over this when it releases. Not pre-ordering it because I don't feel like waiting for 2 years, but let me know when it releases and I'll buy it.

That's a pretty good looking package for what feels like a bargain price of $95. I'm a huge Mafex fan but this one blows that release out of the water with the heads and other accessories for a cheaper price.

Looks really good! Although can someone explain to me how this gets around WB's "no guns on toys policy" when the Mafex figure wasn't allowed?

Thats interesting point. Lets keep fingers crossed and hope none of the guns accessories are removed in the final release.

Hmm... wonder if the way they worked around the "no trigger weapons"(?) policy was by these weapons not having triggers?

Good eye! I don’t see any trigger on the guns and no trigger finger hands.

That's right, if there's no trigger, then it's just a hair-dryer. Superman was just using that to dry his mullet, so it's absolutely okay kids!

On a second thought, I might’ve caved and get this one if it wasn’t Mezco exclusive. I just don’t want to deal with direct payment with Mezco due to that NRD. Maybe that’s why I think SH Figuarts is the winner. This Mezco one has a better likeness to Harrison, tho, and it’s got clothes!

My problems:
-Mezco exclusive which requires NRD
-price is too steep
-is the hat removable? It doesn’t say it is.
-looks too squat (maybe it’s the pants?). Probably just photoshop.
-speaking of photoshop, the final product may not look as good as the pictures. I got pissed with Mezco’s bait-n-switch with Man of Steel Superman and just eventually had to accept it (still nice figure overall).
-if I own, I’ll have to accept risk of that leather jacket flaking.

Good point about the hat, also the face variation isn't great... SHF has the smiling face which I think suits the character, this is kind of 3 shades of confused lol.

I may still cop this one though, I think Indy is one character that really needs cloth clothes kind of like an old school G.I.Joe action "doll"

Tbh, I think it's the cloth clothing being too baggy that gives it that illusion... I always have given props to One:12 for being ambitious enough to try cloth at this scale, just the minimum size for stitching alone makes it very impractical, though.

THIS! All day long! They make wide design changes with no warning what-so-ever. They did it with Conan The Barbarian's accessories. I HATE some of the changes they made to Destro. Especially in the collar. It looks like an airplane pillow and a croissant made a baby. It's terrible.

The hat is removable, the heads are shown without it here. Mezco molds the hats to the head so it'll stay on fine.

If you look at Mezco’s civilian Wolverine, one head has a hat, but it’s not removable. This one shows the neutral head is the only one with the hat on. It doesn’t show the angry, or shocked face with hat on, so it’s a sign that it’s just one head with a hat sculpted directly onto it. Although, this one doesn’t even say the jacket is removable, but it obviously is, so we’ll see.

Because this IJ is an exclusive, so there might be risk of this going too high in price once it comes out in stock. This is $130 as preorder, but imagine if it’s actually good, then this gets jacked up to $160 stock everywhere. I wish it wasn’t exclusive, man. I still have to pass this and hope it’ll still be around $130 once it comes in stock.

Destro is a perfect example of bait-n-switch. It looks so different. The sillhouette of the figure completely changed shape compared to promo shots. He looks so squat in person. It’s not a good look. Man of Steel (comic ver.) has this squat look that I still hate. That collar like you described is bad, too. In the promo, Destro looked a little slimmer and his mouth was placed further up to the nose (which looked good! It had that photogenic look). Then when it comes out in stock, they did the droopy look with the mouth being further away from the nose, so he looks really weird and older. Supreme Knight has the same problem with the mouth being further away from the nose. It looks awful for $100 figure. Indiana Jones might have this problem, too, which is why I don’t feel confident preordering it. They need to fix their molding process, because it’s somehow stretching their facial features and they gotta stop doing that.
