I hope this isn't a "one and done" subset of their He-Man line. Assuming these sell well, I'd really like to see a 2nd 1987 movie wave with Man-at-Arms, Evil-Lyn, Beast Man, and Teela in it. I think that would cover the rest of the non-Earth characters from the film since we already got Saurod, Gwildor, and Blade already.

If anything, Super7 should at LEAST give us an Evil-Lyn at some point, since that costume was a nicely detailed design and Meg Foster's headsculpt with those mesmerizing blue eyes would look great on a figure.

It'll probably be a whole year before they do wave 2.

Which is still more than New Adventures fans will get.

If you want Skeletor bad enough and are willing to pay $50 for him, the figures are up for order individually at BBTS now.

Seems weird that He-Man doesn't include his pistol even though the holster for it is present on the figure. I'm thinking it will be included in a future weapons-pak with Skeletor's sword.

edit: Just realized that it looks like Karg will include He-Man's pistol instead of the one he actually used in the film. The pistol included with the previous release isn't the one Karg is seen using in the film (Skeletor's soldiers did use it though), so this seems like a missed opportunity to include the corrected, accurate sculpt of his weapon. What an odd choice for Super7 to make.

They said on Facebook that updated photos of the accessories are coming soon, and that He-Man will include a blaster.

Just to add a little more info to this, the Preternia Disguise He-Man figure came with the large gun he used in the movie.

These look great, but I only preordered Skeletor via BBTS.

Movie Skeletor always stood out to me as a great looking villain and is one the first that spring to mind when I think classic '80s film bad guys. So this was an easy purchase for me.

Aside from that, I don't really care for the rest of the cast or the movie itself. I usually go after the hero/villain pairs, but I don't particularly feel the need to get He-Man, so $50 for the one figure I DO want is okay with me.

I thought most people hated the movie, so kinda surprised to see so much love for these here.

Companies make something we want. We buy or don’t. You know like an economy. Again,I assume you are joking.
And that's one of the problems with said "economy".

They updated Skeletor's images with his sword. They've also clarified that He-Man will have two heads (one with Dolph's likeness) and a blaster.

My guess is that Movie Teela, Man-At-Arms, and Bast-Man, will be next years Power-con exclusives.

Any movie figures released as a con exclusive are most likely going to be repaints or variants of previously released movie figures so like a repainted Saurod or a slave He-Man would be more likely.
Hope they get to Skeletor's troopers eventually, love that design.

Both the Classics and Club Grayskull line are pre-order only. You won't find them anywhere on the site.

I've contacted Super 7 about this and they exhibited zero concern towards customer satisfaction in this regard. Exploiting a passionate population of collectors for the soul purpose of profiteering is despicable. I won't be buying any of their product now or in the future.
Super7 has to make a minimum number on each figure in order for every figure to be made. Otherwise, one figure might have to little of a sales count and get cancelled. No different than doing a Kickstarter. If we did it your way, I might not get a complete set. Theres a chance that not enough numbers come in for one of the figures, and then those of us who wanted that particular figure are out of luck. This way works for everyone. If you don't want the full set, buy individually through BBTS. Also, Mattel has nothing to do with Super7's licensing. Mattel owns the rights to the names, but not the toyline. Classic Media/DreamWorks owns the entertainment rights. If you were going to complain to anyone, it would need to be them. Mattel sold those rights to them in the 90's when they thought the line was unsalvageable.

just received an email update stating that these will be shipping hopefully in November, kind of a bummer as I believed they would be shipping this summer.
