My Ghost Rider has two of the same feet. I don't remember if it's left or right though.

This was the first I've ever had this happen.

I've never noticed the same arms but I have noticed that a few of the figures seem to have the same feet. The toyshop would probably not accept the return. Do you have any receipts for other toys from the same toy line from walmart or target? If so, you could repackage it back up with some tape and return it using that same receipt.

read/ watch reviews of the figure next time from youtube before buying and see if its worth buying unless you know for fact what makes a good toy a good toy to you
i dont think hasbro will give your money or swap the figure , you could try the store maybe but its a silm chance or sell it on ebay

Take a picture of the figure, go to the Hasbro website and file a complaint under "defective items", and tell them what is wrong with it (attach the picture of course).

I've actually found several of mine share the two left feet problem, but the biggest mistake I noticed was from a Secret Wars two-pack Wolverine, his right arm was on backwards. Luckily it was the correct arm so I was able to heat it up and turn it around. Sucks about Your Juggy though, mistakes are much more noticeable on the big figs.

My Human Torch (from Secret Wars two pack) has two left hands! I had to chop and repaint the one from Showdown Torch!

I thought it was just my luck...

I'd just take him back to the store, so long as you have the receipt. They should take him back. I bought a missassembled Decepticon Fracture, to the point she wouldn't go into robot mode. And they just let me flat out trade her in for another Fracture.

But the *real tragedy here? Poor Juggy is left handed!

I'm just giving you crap. I'm left handed and felt like defending the community of right brained folks out there. Nothing personal.

Ah! Okies, then!
It's hard to tell over text and script, sometimes. Sorry there. I've been a bit dogged on another board, over the last couple days, so I'm a bit touchy at the moment. I appologize for being a bit defensive.

This is no problem at all, just send hasbro a calm detailed email outlining your dilema and they will send you a new juggs at no charge. I purchased a Kitty P. figure from Smalljoes.com only to find out that the left arm was out of its socket by a bit and the plastic on the pin a bit warped, I shot hasbro an email detailing this problem and letting them know that I spend quite a bit of money on these figures.

Within a week I had a response apologizing for the mistake and letting me know to expect a brand new kitty p in the mail.

Hey Marv, I've got a Secret Wars two-pack Cap fig with two right upper arms. So did you have to show Hasbro a picture/receipt/UPC? Thanks in advance!

The ONLY thing i sent to hasbro was the email.. infact i still have the defect kitty figure as they did not ask for it back.

Like I said, be polite about it but stress the point that you spend allot of money and time collecting these figures and are disappointed in this slip of quality control, it doesnt HURT to offer to send them a picture if they need it but in my case no they did not require it.

The only problem I could see you having is them saying they don't have him in stock.. with kitty they did say "IF its in stock we will send you the same figure, if not in stock one from the same wave".

It's worth a shot though, hasbro is pretty cool like that.

I've contacted them in the past, and they sent a shipping label to me, and asked for the figures back so that they could replace them. They did in fact replace them, but they sent figures that were different because mine were out of production. It took a while for them to show up, but they did. I hope that helps.
