Yeah definitely play around with BBTS and Storehorsemen.com to see how the shipping works since you're international. But yeah all those $37 figures will be at least $50 on BBTS and other sites. The $60 figures will be $80 etc.

Depending on your order BBTS might be cheaper for you in Brazil. I'd suggest putting your order in your cart and checking shipping from Four Horsemen to compare with what your order might cost from BBTS.

That is something I try to check before buy.
Usually BBTS is better to me, because the item is paid only at release, and that allows me to save money in order to pay (or cancel if not possible to afford it anymore).
But I know they overprice a bit from the brands itself, but not sure how much for those figures.

I started to buy BANDAI stuff right from "Premium Bandai", due they increase the price like 20%.
For "Lady Death" they almost have no increase.
For "Storm Collectibles" its like $5 or $10.
But I was unsure about "Mythic Legions"... never compared before the prices.

I do live in Brazil, but usually I had them shipped to US, and once in a year I go there and grab all my stuff back to Brazil.
The taxes I save doing that is about 85% of the travel price itself... sad...

Just a heads up. The preorder for these finally ends today at 11 pm EST. Honestly this is such an awesome freaking wave. If you have any reservations lose them. If you have one you're on the fence about just get it. You won't regret it.
