Like their previous Superman releases this appears to qualify as not interfering with Mattel. The 1/4 scale figures were too big to compete with anything and the individual 7" figure was technically part of a DVD promotion not a standard release. Because this is a two pack with a very specific audience Mattel probably doesn't care.

That's exactly the 2 things I was thinking, the eyes look unfinished. And he needs extra hands. Hope NECA adds them in.

Me neither. It deviates too far from the artist's original vision. The result is sort of a mockery. If it was my job and my decision, I'd re-sculpt Superman to give him suitable muscle bulk, and apply more realistic paint.
