Hopefully this set will include those damage effects that were shown on the figures at ToyFair. They did a great job on the Gears of War headshot Drone figure, so I can see them doing the same effect for Aliens.

I'm sure there is some background to the red one, but I personally don't know anything about it and I find it looks very...jarring, awful even. His partner on the left looks fantastic though

I'm guessing the final releases will be different than the single pack versions. Hopefully, it shouldn't be too hard to sell them off to those that want the variant figures.
