Hopefully this set will include those damage effects that were shown on the figures at ToyFair. They did a great job on the Gears of War headshot Drone figure, so I can see them doing the same effect for Aliens.

Seconded. Those acid blood effects were so awesome looking.

I'm sure there is some background to the red one, but I personally don't know anything about it and I find it looks very...jarring, awful even. His partner on the left looks fantastic though :)

I'm guessing the final releases will be different than the single pack versions. Hopefully, it shouldn't be too hard to sell them off to those that want the variant figures.

Cool. I never knew about the black/red ant, black/red alien analogy thing until I read that link.

Come on Sigourney, let NECA make figures using your likeness! That's the main thing missing.
