So... is it true that the partially shipped wave of figures with Lady Deadpool in has been cancelled to online retailers? And does that have any connection with the fact the Amazon Sinister Six pack has gone to 'currently unavailable'? Wtf is going on?

Sorry, but whenever someone mentions "The end" in such a manner, that's automatically what I think of for some reason.


I'm hoping, however, that this is simply the warm-up for a better MU in 2018. Perhaps a return to the Marvel Universe name in a similar manner to the Star Wars Vintage collection. Like, maybe Hasbro is realizing, "Oh crap, we've been screwing over the 3 3/4 inch collectors over the past few years, let's get our act together."


It's more likely the approaching end, knowing Hasbro, but hey, a little optimism never hurt anyone.

As long as the figures keep coming I'm ok with a rebrand or whatever... I could see them only doing 2 packs the way they have been releasing figures lately (BP and Sharon carter, yondu star lord, spidey shocker etc). I don't mind as I found a lady deadpool in the wild the other day and had to pay $15 after taxes, 2 figures for $20 is a better deal anyways. Heck even that civil war ironamn cap 2 pack sold out in my area

I'd like to see them try a line of 2 packs for Avengers. Or if they want to get crazy go $20 two figures and a BAF Thanos piece. I'd just like to see them try a movie line one more time. The potential figures for that could be awesome. I have a hard time believing if you ditch the 5 inch kids line and the 2.5 that a good line of maybe 5 two packs won't make more money.

I'm willing to pay scalper prices for the Vulture/Spidey Homecoming pack but the eBay prices are about $3-$5 more than I'm willing to go. I don't do it often but I want this set.

The two packs are going for about £30 in the UK ($40), so there doesn't seem to be any cost savings at all to us. They seem to cost even more per figure.

We don't really get figures in Amazon unless a third party seller puts them up.... On a plus note, GotG2 has been out for a couple of days. We are about to set off to see it again, in 3D this time.
All I can say is WOW. Marvel brought their A game and smashed it!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

I'm right there with you. I have a soft spot for Iron Man since it started this crazy ride, but it doesn't really hold up that well. It's a little dated. MCU Hulk is underrated and Iron Man 3 is not as bad as the hate especially if you view the "All Hail the King" short with it. But other than that those are my favorites as well.

That piece of advice is actually how I find so many good deals online. My status of poorness makes me hold off on buying things impulsively. Red Mandarin shouldn't be too hard for you to find. Even with the other figure, you can occasionally find deals that are more the price of a single figure. That's actually how I got mine.

There was a Hand ninja in black that came in a two pack with Wolverine, it was a part of a group of Target exclusives.
