Figure swappers should be castrated. Like really, you gotta resort to basically stealing toys? Thats some low-life degenerate stuff. Then some grandma comes by and buys it for her grandkid and and then disappointment...

I mostly see BAF pieces missing, Championship titles on Elite WWE figures, random pieces of cloth or plastic in place of the accessory or BAF piece. Scummy...

I picked that pack up last week. I might skip the Homecoming wave because that Vulture is so nice. Spidey is actually pretty cool too, MCU size appropriate.

^ I wish they would just use clamshell packaging like the Toybiz Legends figs did... sealed plastic clamshells would solve a lot of problems IMO.

Just incredible in a sad way...SMH...The popularity of ML has caused the true collectors to deal with more thieves...One less collector can build a BAF now, and probably, one collector getting strong armed into buying the BAF or piece for a high price on eBay...An ugly circle thar hurts the collector, which is why I am trying to preorder when ever I have the funds...Had to change with the times, but thieves are another bad element to deal with along with the scalpels, and manager or store employees who take the ML for themselves or selling them for profit...Good luck on hunting down your legends, and I do mean 'good luck' in this time of collecting ML....

I agree, but i remember seeing sides of packages sliced open and baf pieces missing. Thieves will steal no matter what but it would help in cracking down on repackers. Harder to return a slashed up clamshell and say it came that way.

This, definitely. The BAF is collector crack though, probably won't happen.

What would be even more insidious is how the did with the Kitty Pride pack. One BAF for a previous wave, and one for a new one. If they did that more often it would hook us on the next BAF by default in some instances. It would be cool to have an alternative piece for Titus in the next wave, even though I'm not so interested in Mantis.

This is true....but also less collector friendly. It's a double edged-sword really.

Hasbro's original Namor, Emma Frost, and movie Sandman figures would give you stink eye if they heard what you just said.

Movie Sandman was a bit iffy but I think this figure is worse than it. Namor's perhaps on the same level.

Sweet holy moly, that Emma Frost figure is hideous.

Never seen it used for a custom.

Out of all the Legends figures from Infinite Series, I saw it pegwarm the most.

Lol, I dont think the BAF piece adds $10 of value to the figure. The store is charging that much because its missings parts and they cant sell it for full price. Not because its price without BAF pieces would be $9.90. Mattel and Hasbro are still going to charge $20 regardless of BAF pieces or accessories. Old Man Logan, no accessories or BAF piece and still $20. They gave him special tooling, but whatever. They couldnt have given him retracted claw hands? Thats a collector pipedream like thinking these billion dollar corps are our friends and not trying to make money off of our addiction...

I know that, but they are still complete figures. Much better than a returned figure missing the BAF part.

They're wrong for the packaging, but both of those figures come with the BAF part they're supposed to, in their original plastic insert. Their point is that at least these are the normal complete package for these figures, just in the wrong packaging, as opposed to someone stuffing a random figure with a random unrelated BAF part into an unrelated package.

Movie Sandman was basically a 5POA figure sold under the Marvel Legends banner. The likeness was okay, but the figure itself had awful, shiny, paints, was woefully undersized, had a weird torso rotation instead of the waist, and the legs utilized an angled Y joint that had NO calf rotation, meaning that pretty much the only pose you could get him was standing straight up. Once you start pushing the legs forward, the begin to turn outwards and sideways, not unlike the way most female figures from the early 90's did. I have figures from ToyBiz's PRE Marvel Legends waves that were better than that piece of ****...

For perspective, look at how tiny he is next to Civil War Spidey, which is a teenage body mold. You can also see that awful hip joint of his I was mentioning...

I'd put Astonishing Cat Beast on that list as well, since he uses that same damn joint system in his legs. Shame because that is my favorite version of Beast.

Electro peg warmed the hardest? Did the Allfather wave never come your way, because I can still find Hellcat for anyone still looking.

Completely disagree. In fact, the Spidey buck is one of the best bucks right now, so I have no idea how you think it is one of the worst.

I think he's referring to the Jamie Foxx Electro, not the Space Venom wave one

Hellcat was from the Thanos wave, not the Allfather wave.

As mentioned by Black Arbor, Weapon X was referring to the Amazing Spider-Man 2 Electro from the Ultimate Green Goblin wave, not the comics-based Electro from the Space Venom wave.
