I give up finding Thanos at Walmart. I don't make it out much anymore but I'm finding squat that I want when I do. $30 including shipping via Amazon prime - more than I wanted to pay but it's been a rough week with some bad family news, and I need something to sooth the figure collecting itch. (I know, that's gonna be an open line for Nitelife lol).

I know you're probably right. I'm just salty that I won't be getting a toy of one of my favorite characters because it would require me also buying five toys I don't really want. I know Hasbro could have done an Apocalypse on his own because they just gave us Thanos on his own (albeit as an exclusive) and we got AoU Hulk on his own and both of those are sizable figures, the Colossus body would have been a great starting point for us to get something like his first appearances. Maybe Hasbro will still do an individual Apocalypse one day, Toybiz did him both individually and as a BAF and Hasbro is doing this now with Venom.

The BAF looks like Tony Moore's depiction of Venom.

My favorite armor design. Wish the figure would get an update.

That's the best BAF idea I've heard in a while. Kinda bummed that I don't own a Nimrod figure, now. |

So...is Monster Venom purple, blue, or black? It's hard to tell from that photo.
Wondering if the head from the old Select Ultimate Venom can be re-purposed for it. The figure itself would make a perfect base and it would be an easy enough repaint. I never was a terrible fan of Gargan Venom. |

odd because I could have sworn Stryfe looked a bit shorter in Shartimus Prime's review of him.

I meant his recent Cable review when he had the two side by side. OH well, I must have been mistaken which makes me wish I had gotten Stryfe that day I saw him.

Making an umpteenth different Venom BAF is really getting to be a joke. Instead of that SP//der crap, why not a classic Kingpin as the BAF? |

I think Walgreens should also start getting exclusive figs of over sized classic characters such as Nimrod, Champion, Titanium man, Chod, since it seems that Hasbro is very reluctant to put them in a regular wave unless they are the BAF, problem is, with their heavy MCU driven character usage, not all us classic comic figure collectors want to buy the entire wave just to get a classic Stronguy fig.

And kids don't know the difference but I don't mind the Sp//dr BAF as im a spidey fan of both new and old. Dude keep your icy hot and aqua velva in the medicine cabinet, I'm sure eventually we'll get some old school characters. However the version of them is always up in the air. MCU Thor has received 4 figures in the last year alone, with Deadpool closing in on close to ten in the last 2 years. Monster Venom is kinda lame (again...I wanted Ultimate Venom) but then again, it is his wave, and therefore it should be Venom related. Currently his wave is stuffed with filler figures that have nothing or very little to do with character, like Mary and Ham, and two re-releases, which is kind of a bummer. I agree that a new Kingpin would be nice, but he wouldn't have been a good fit there, as he is someone Venom has rarely...if ever, has tangled with. Give the Kingpin his own wave, but make it full of characters that he regularly employs or has as rivals, such as Mr. Negative, Smyth, Kingpin (Black) Cat and The Rose. We have been long overdue for an all villains wave. Last edited by Trivial Psychic; 06-10-2018 at 01:18 PM.. |

Not sure if this was talked about already, but I saw this picture of Spider Ham in package. Is it just me or does he come with 2 different BAF bodies? Anyone know what's up with this?

It’s the same torso. You’re just seeing the the front and the back of it before it’s assembled to make the full thing.

Ch'od! They could totally start sprinkling the Starjammers into X-waves.

I actually really wanted that pack after I saw the movie, I think I was one of fourteen people to buy it at full price. ![]() |

I really like the pack but not enough to scoop up a second. Maybe when I get the upcoming Killmonger pack I can swap Ego's 2nd head onto the Ross figure and just have Kurt Russell in a suit, unless the joints don't match.
