I am mostly. The big concern really is the footnote on the slides that say "still pending marvel approval" that means it's possible what we're seeing won't be what we get

Now that we have a couple better shots in-hand...

I'm no longer worried, he's not on the Bucky Cap body.

And yeah, seeing them next to each other... I'm still in agreement with their decision to remake him.

I think it’ll be fine. And they’re gonna get released. Because Marvel Select has that all time and they’ve rarely been canned. Other then A Jennifer Lawrence mystique which I’m still upset about haha. Didn’t the 10th Anniversary figures have a similar Footnote?

Jesus! That Guardian is beautiful! That metallic red. The Older one looks like a child’s toy compared to the other one. He looks so lanky and skinny

I'm not saying it won't see release, more that marvel could say, change this or fix that and the final product will be different from the preview, it happened recently in the 2nd DP wave

I think the most disappointing thing about the Weapon X Wolvie is that those Hasbro COWARDS didn't spring for him to have hairy arms and legs

I found my first Mystique complaint. That damned gun that they were allegedly retiring is in her hand

Eh, I like that gun being included with her. I agree that it's overused, and Raven has used a wide variety of firearms, but the design feels like a good match for her classic costume. Vaguely elegant.

Yeah I wonder why they didn’t? I didn’t even notice that until you said something haha but They put hair on Wolverine’s Arms so Thankfully that’s a easy custom fix. Which shouldn’t be too much trouble.

Okay, okay now that side by side, that Guardian is a vast improvement over the other one. That's a positive...I can say positive things right? Maybe we'll get more (new) Alpha Flight characters in the next couple of years.

One other thing I will say, I am THRILLED that Hasbro seems to recognize how vital the X-Men are both in terms of brand recognition and selling factor. We're getting rumored 3 related X-waves next year (maybe four if this is all a wolverine wave but I won't go that far yet) a bunch of rumored Walgreens exclusives, a Professor X in the rider series, and who knows what else with sets. I'm so stoked about that at least...after years of being on the backburner or not done at all, it really is a great time to be a fan of X-Men related Marvel Legends.

What's with the Goliath from Gargoyles figure behind Mystique?

Exactly! They seem to have gone all in on X-men this year! Which I couldn’t be happier about. Hopefully Banshee, Mimic(how unlikely), And Morph aren’t too far behind haha.

Ok so the not hairy arms and legs are even more odd since they went all in on the chest hair

So if this is the X-men wave...we have
Gambit
Blink
Skullbuster
Weapon X
Gaurdian
BAF Wendigo

So one to two more reveals and that may be Storm and Forge.

That sounds legitimately possible. Though I'm still hoping for either Nightcrawler or Beast but surely if not this next year they will be in 2020.

And they can give us a Hellfire Club SDCC set next year while they're at it!

Looking at the offical photos Hasbro released, there IS hair painted onto Logan's arms and legs. Crisis averted... for now.

Man, these reveals are dope as hell. Excited for every single one of these figures. Especially Guardian and Mystique.

Sorry nope, that is the variant Mystique (disguised as Weapon X). The actual Weapon X will be naired.

Edit: to bring up the point I had not seen earlier about "pending marvel approval" that is the for the artwork, I am 99% sure, not the figures. The figures may have small changes from what are shown but Marvel likely holds more of a presence, for lack of a better word, over their art than the figures, since Marvel (rather than Marvel studios) is still mainly a print/digital art medium.

ooooooh Presence. I want The Presence to be made. Going on my list.
