New Marvel Legends/6" Appreciation Thread

If I had another Shuri BP I would totally be stealing that cape. It's perfect for classic White Queen- I may just try adding a collar to this one and see where it goes... in the meantime, how about some Dark Phoenix appreciation!

Yeah, I'm sort of hoping for an All-New, All-Different Giant Sized X-Men Storm to get dropped before the Jim Lee Storm.

Man not to be a bad influence but they're totally worth it!

SHF Hulk is an easy stand-in for a comic-based Hulk and MAFEX Spider-Man feels like an almost direct update to McFarlane Spider-Man from ToyBiz.

Both scale wonderfully with Legends too. Pizza Spidey was always slightly too tall for Spider-Man so this one being only a bit shorter than that works great.

I'd def try to own them down the line

Well Amazon just canceled my Prof X preorder and took my $10 I had applied in store credit with it. -_-

I can't wait until my Prime membership comes to an end in April as I'm pretty much done with them. I'm probably just going to cancel my preorders for the Caliban wave and the Magneto 3 pack and get them from either Pulse or BBTS.

Son of b####. My Amazon Prof X got cancelled, too. Of course they didn't let me know in time to order from anyone else, now that everyone else is listing there's as "out of stock", "pre-order sold out" etc.

G######it you f###ing a##h##es. If you're not going to honor all pre-orders, then put a f###ing cap on them to begin with. Piece of ####.

Sorry for the language. Just chaffs my a##. No more Amazon for me.

I'd be totally down for that Hulk if it wasn't for the pants. I hate how they are ripped at the side of the thighs, but are perfectly fine at the pant cuffs. A little bit of sculpting to make them look frayed and torn would have had me on board.

I didn't get that Spidey, but I preordered the upcoming Venom, and seeing how well the recent Robocop scaled with Legends has me excited for him. I also picked up the Yamaguchi (Revoltech) Psylocke recently, who unfortunately doesn't scale very well, but is just a hell of a lot of fun to pose. Hoping we get a Rogue from Revoltech in the same style since they seem to doing a lot of 90's X-Men lately.

Sooo it looks like the Infinity War wave is super top secret. The owner of a local comic shop is supposed to be getting the wave in at the end of March, but they won’t even tell him the BAF or who 3 of the figures are.

^Really hoping the Walgreen's deal can help put a dent in the current Medusa/Human Torch/Daredevil surplus that most of my stores have.

Also, loving the Emma Frost customs. With the Walgreen's figure being an exclusive, I would love to see a classic White Queen released in the more mainstream Vintage line. Hasbro released two versions of X-23 last year, so there's always a slight possibility.

Amazon canceled my prof x preorder as well... It’s pretty SHADY to do it to us not even a week shy of it’s shipping date but where there’s a WILL there’s a WAY! I know I’ll get him, maybe not as soon as I would like or for the price I wanted but he will be mine...

Just saw the new Dark Phoenix trailer... pour one out for Mystique... meanwhile my hunt for her Legends fig continues. And from the trailer the movie doesn't look nearly as bad as I thought it would.
