@Harbinger.
The head is Nebula’s. The hair is Firestar’s minus the front bits. The fringe (bangs) is from one of the million Cukoo heads I have trimmed with a very sharp knife to fit.
And just in case, the bracelets are shin guards from Vitruvian HACKS.

Any chance Hasbro pulse puts the Skrull grunts on sale again? I missed out due to not being a member & I really wanna get 5 of them at minimum if not an even 8.

I would love a 2099 Wave! I read and still have all of X-Men 2099. I would love to add them to my shelf!

That Nebula looks awesome! I have been contemplating doing one myself. I have the movie one as a stand in for now, but I'd like her original look with the long hair.

Cheers guys!
Just got back from London comic con with a ton of stuff. Mainly not Marvel, but I got a new Sue, I don’t think she looks that bad in person. I did choose the best eyes thou. The problem is that they are painting too high. Basically another production error, like Misty.
I have another one coming which I will swap and check what I prefer.
I will post tomorrow my buys on my insta @eclecticaction if anyone is interested. I did see the Armadillo wave and FF complete. I got Shriek last month and she looks great, even if I know F-all about her. Body is nice and solid, which is good as I believe Frankie Ray will use that body.
Anyhow, off to bed, as I’m tired of posing with celebs!

Was in my local Wally world getting groceries & decided to swing by the action fig aisle & to my surprise they had 4 AOA figs & 4 FF figs, Reed, Psychoman, HE & Sue, left em all on the pegs as I'm not collecting either wave. But it was good to actually see some new figs on the shelves, also there was 1 Eternal fig as well.

Gamestop actually beat Amazon to the punch and got me Sabretooth first. I'm pleasantly surprised with the sculpted details they put into his hands, boots, belt, and collar. His head sculpts are great although the eye paint on both is slightly off. He doesn't have any claw hands but this is accurate to his portrayal in Astonishing X-men (some side books in the AoA did give him the claws though). Personally I'd have gone with the Omega Red body for AoA Victor but this Colossus body still overall works for me.

Acquiring Mr Creed also finally let me finish Colossus in all of his '90s glory. He's a little bit bigger than the Earth-616 Colossi we've gotten before. He looks great and can strike some menacing poses. The AoA broke poor Piotr more than it did most characters but he's a welcome addition to the collection.

Blue blazes, Walgreens ships items fast. On one hand I'm very happy to finally have this figure but on the other hand there are qualms which add up. Rich Rider is one of my all-time favorite superheroes so I'm going to be simultaneously judgy and eager to consume whatever they offer. My complaints are that he's completely missing the star shape on his back and his yellow-gold color is darker than it should be (except for the helmet). I just feel like the 2014 Nova prime figure visually pops way more than this one does. Qubit being included is appreciated even if he feels more at home with Nova prime than with classic Nova. Overall I am happy to add a classic Nova to my collection that isn't Hasbro's dogshit first attempt but I'm not particularly impressed with this figure either. Having some energy effects might've gone a long way for this one.

^ My Nova has the line mark on his mask under his eye too... I hate little manufacturing imperfections like that occur on the face. And as kinda plain as he looks I still like him a lot. I really wish we got an alt Nova Corp head though... like maybe the Nova guy with the beard and long gray hair. Just in case we get another better Nova Prime later on then we could have used the Walgreens one with a different head.

And found a retro Spidey 2099 today at Gamestop... man... that was a tough one to find. It really sucks that both my main LCSs didn't survive the pandemic... getting fan channel stuff is getting harder and harder.

Great setup! So jealous... that is the one set I really wanted, but never got a chance to get.

Thanx! Hope you can get it soon, before price skyrockets. I started reading X-Men around the time Emma first appeared, so it was a no brainier setting one shelf for them. I’m actually gonna get miniature furniture to display them properly.

Dorkside had her in stock a few weeks ago but she sold out shortly after I ordered mine. I will take another opportunity to gripe about this wave's choppy distribution.

Yeah, this makes no sense because she's the only figure Amazon has not shipped me, but clearly she is out.

It also raises a concern that this could continue to happen with future waves and generate a confusion over what is and isn't supposed to be available.

Did anyone ever pick up the Red Guardian/Melina 2 pack from the Black Widow movie? Thoughts on the set?

Great picture! What's weird is all others look fine, but Cyclops stands out somehow, not in a good way. It's like minimal effort though it's fairly accurate to the comic so I'm not sure what I'm seeing that. It' almost reminds me of the 5' toybiz 90's version. I mean, clearly it should in a way, it's the same version of the character. But more like the actual construction of the figure itself. I'm probably not making sense.

Amazon is really getting annoying. So they said Human Torch was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Then they pushed him back to Nov 27th to Dec 15th. Yesterday, they said he would be delivered today and shipped him out. Now, they're saying he will arrive sometime between tomorrow and Wednesday.

Legion
Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat
Cyclops
Magneto

i was tempted to buy one or two figures but i had important stuff to get such as groceries and a phone card

If anyone needs the Retro Spider-Man 2099 figure, he's on sale for $12.50 on Amazon! Here's the link for those who want to add him to their collection: https://www.amazon.com/Hasbro-Legend...8TPVQR7C&psc=1

EDIT: It's not just Spider-Man 2099. Some other figures, like the "No Way Home" wave's Doctor Strange and "What If" figures like Zombie Cap and Zombie Hunter Spider-Man, are marked down too. Amazon also has figures like "Age of Apocalypse" Rogue and the "Spider-Man" wave's Shriek marked down a few bucks too.

No, you are. I have the old Toy Biz "Age of Apocalypse" figure of Cyclops and his gloves and boots are painted black, while the Hasbro figure has blue gloves and boots. I feel like the head sculpt is the most lacking to me, since the figure doesn't have an optic blast accessory. I still think all Cyclops figures should have an optic blast accessory included.
