I'm curious has any one taken any pics of their black ant figure yet ?? i haven't seen any updates from anybody since it came out. i have yet to unpackage mine, now that i have the SDCC 5 pack, and mini and the MS ant-man i might make a section for them all on one of my shelves.

Sorry, bro! I don't have any MUs with me for now. :|

I'm tempted to sign up for the Secret Wars box, in anticipation that it could be filled with some great Doctor Doom merch, but I'd hate to order it and get stuck with a POP, and various other merch, of other important characters in Secret Wars that I don't really care about; characters like Thor, Dr. Strange, or Thanos.

Value wise you get the comic (5$), POP (10$), mini (10$), Shirt (15$), Pins (10$).

You could always wait and look for one on the secondary market if it is something you like, but could cost you more than the box in the first place.
Pretty much, like Phantomcrow said. IMO it's worth the ~$34 shipped that you pay for it (if you're in the States). I don't know if many people are buying the comics but you sure could sell the rest of the stuff mentioned. I like the shirts personally. Aside from that the Hulkbuster POP is selling for $35-$50 and Ant-Man is selling for $20-30 plus it came with 2 mystery minis which are going for around $10. Both boxes are still selling for ~$50. I don't think there will be any Doom stuff in the next box (but you never know) but what I do know is you can always at least get your money back or more if you decide to let the stuff go

He's not a Marvel Legends figure, but if you're thinking of picking up the S.H. Figuarts Hulk for your collection, he's pretty damn awesome. Excellent sculpt and paint detail (far better than the ML or MS ones, in my humble opinion). Can be considered a tad small for the scale to work, but I like my Hulk to be more human-sized than 15 feet tall!
He's slightly shorter than the Marvel Select Mighty Thor, but again I've always considered them to be of a similar height, so that doesn't bother me. If anyone's on the fence about it and isn't too bothered about Hulk not being an overly hulking figure, this one's your guy.

Yeah, as I was researching the Secret Wars box, every teaser I saw/read referenced either Thor or Asgardians, so it seems that the POP and mini will almost certainly be Thor-related.
With Doom being pretty much the most important character in Secret Wars, I really wish that he had been the focus of this box. Oh well...

My goodness, I got my HTS haul and that Dr. Strange Book is so awesome, it's seriously worth $200 for that set to be honest if you had to pay that much. I know I would. The book is an actual book somewhat, the artwork is awesome in it and the figures are superb! I have to say this has to be the best Legends Comic Con set ever...even more so then X-Force set. The fact that this retailed at 106 was a steal....

My second Chameleon came in today from Amazon. I really hope Target gets this wave in soon so I can get a third.

Anyway, I made a slight modification to the JJJ head before I put it on. I might paint part of his lower shirt brown to make it appear as if he has a vest on underneath his suit coat, but I'm not sure I want to do that.

Well, every since JJJ became Mayor of NY in the comics he kind of ditched the vest look. But I totally see where you are wanting to go with putting a vest on him for a more classic look.

Completely agree! I was one of those who paid $200 (HTS doesn't ship to the UK so I resorted to Ebay), and I don't regret it at all. They're all beautiful figures with unique sculpted details, and yes they have now overtaken the Uncanny X-Force set for me, too. I wonder what 2016 will bring!

Loosecollector are fairly pricey in terms of custom figures, but as you can see the quality speaks for itself. I have a couple of Loose customs myself, and they are sensational. If you want a superb standard of figure and are willing to wait around 6-8 months for it, these are your guys.

Well it depends. In the 60s he didn't wear a vest. He was either in a full suit or in looked all messy without his suit on and his tie fully tied. However, he always had a white shirt, which is why I wish Coulson's body could have worked.

I was just thinking with the vest idea to make him stand out from just being the Chameleon toy with with Jameson head on it, but it probably wouldn't be all that noticeable anyway now that I have actually thought about how it would look. I'm just going to leave it as is.

No matter what though, the figure was intended to be Chameleon and not the other two. Jameson' colors are not right and the body isn't wide enough for Hammerhead. Not going to let that stop me though, I just wish there was something I could do to make them better.

I honestly am the opposite. I don't feel it was worth $100. The cloth cape on Hela. The translucent Strange. The lack of being able to really pose Dormmamu. Don't get me wrong, I love Dormmamu and Hela is my favorite figure from the set, but they are not issue free. I would have rather Hela had a rubber cape and that Dormmamu's legs could be posed better. Oh, and they really should have given us a classic Strange or Baron Modo instead of the translucent one.

Then why would you buy it? It's not like we didn't know Hela would have a cloth cape, and Astral Strange instead of normal Strange.
You're getting 4 figures, one of them BAF size, for just above retail each, and in a fancy book.

I felt the SDCC set was worth it. The Astral Plane Strange is a little weak, but that's ok.

Anyone else get the Spider-Man wave and notice that Ghost Riders joints are a little loose? The elbow joins on my are wicked loose. They hold a pose, but it doesn't take much to move them. I can help but wonder if this is an isolated incident or a widespread issue.

*Also, if anyone has a spare BAF part from him or Venom, please let me know. I want to build 2 Rhinos but I don't want to buy 2 Ghost Riders and 2 Superior Venom figures.

Several Arkers on the Legends thread habitually complain about the line and nitpick it to death, yet never man up and completely skip buying the figures. It's a thing. =)
