As a kid/preteen, I really enjoyed x-men evolution. I still enjoy the 90's cartoon, but I feel like it derives a lot of what makes it compelling from people enjoying the comics and wanting to see those stories in motion, and less from telling a story well. Batman TaS did a great job of every episode being enjoyable and compelling regardless of your familiarity with the character/series.
X-Men: Evolution, on the other hand, was a perfect blend of "movie adaptation" and courtesy to the source material. The faithfulness to the characters was astounding, especially as the series progressed. That show will always be my defacto "you want to make an X-Men movie? Follow this formula" scenario. In related news, Tina Minoru has made an appearance in the Doctor Strange prequel comic. It's too early to tell, but they may be sowing the seeds for Nico's introduction into the MCU, and with this direct tie to Strange, it's no surprise that she's included in his wave of MLs. Very exciting stuff! |

I'm really hoping for updated head-sculpts for MCU Peter Quill and Gamora. The last ones were not impressive to say the least.
Hopefully both, but I think Mantis has a slight less-likely chance. Remember we didn't get Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, or Vision with Age of Ultron. ![]() I think Nebula has a better chance, with this film. If the concept art is anything to go by, she'll definitely have a much larger/active role. Possibly even an unlikely alliance with the Guardians?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Earthworm jim cartoon !!! I used to enjoy that also. My next mission of classic cartoon watching is going to be watching the Tick animated series while i have my work downtime.

Aw man...tried to go back in and the lady looked at me like...you're not taking another one. I asked some random dude if he could get me another...after I explained to him for approximately half an hour how rare this fig might turn out to be...he walks out with the fig and tell me, Well, I decided to keep this for my son. LMAO...people don't get it! I'm not asking again.
It appears that the weapon is very similar to the one that Deadpool came with. He belongs to the Spider Gwen wave...I didn't know that. |

Prime put the freaking focus back on the damn children and none of it made any sense. Not to mention Prime repeated the same memorable lines so many times right in the three part premier that they lost all meaning. If I hear "One shall stand, one shall fall," one more time in a future Transformers series/movie I'm going to kill someone. Quote:

Now one thing in the 90s show that I did remember that has stayed the same is how one dimensional Cyclops is. Good god, that man sucks. "Take me, but leave Jean alone!" "JEAN!!" "Leave Jean alone!!" My god can that dude be anymore redundant?

Speaking of X-Men what do you guys think of this.
Between the Panels: Marvel Needs to Make the X-Men a Priority - IGN I rather they kill off the Inhumans :P bottom line is ..IT'S A BUSINESS....AND please believe Disney is "bout that money"... Disney thinks EXTREMELY LONG TERM...AND BIG PICTURE... Quote:

Nope. I said Prime, and meant Prime. The final season with Predaking kinda plodded along a bit, but it came to a fantastic finish that left me feeling more than satisfied and saddened the producers were moving on.
Dreadful? There's a reason it won a couple of daytime Emmys. Now RiD, and G.I.Joe Renegades...those were dreadful. Quote:

BTW...they have them displayed on one of those black cardboard displays, but, this store has the display inside the storage or some kind of back room that only employees have access to. You can see it when they open the door. You have to ask an employee to get you one. It's the only way. I'm on my way to the other two Walgreens. Hope they got them too.
