I'm probably going to sell off Spider-man and Dreadknight myself, but I want everyone else from it.

Cool, thanks. I thought that was what they looked like. Will have to check next time I hit Hobby Lobby

Barely any figure sits at 6" flat though since these are toys of superheroes and I suppose they're going for that idea of them being superior to regular people which means taller (except for those who are supposed to be shorter).

I think UpDog might be referring to the Mezco One:12 line of figures, which will be doing Marvel characters now. I personally don't like how the fabric material looks on almost any of them but if you can get past that then I've heard great things about their TDKR Batman and Judge Dredd figures.

Sorry for the confusion, I thought the "1:12 collective" name was referential enough to the line, but I was referring to the Mezco line. I feel like I could see myself theoretically springing for a favorite character.

Just went on HTS and literally no traffic on there at all... i could have ordered all of the exclusives. they were all in stock, however all i wanted was the collectors box. Got it no problem at all.

I guess this years offerings weren't as hot as the ant man set and the book of ashanti.

or maybe:
1. enough people complained previous years about not being able to easily get them.
2. They saw they could make a better profit by not limiting it as much.

and...did you get an email confirmation yet??

This years marvel exclusives definitely felt a bit more hastily put together in comparison to the last few offerings, combine that with pretty middling reviews and the fact that we're getting or likely going to get most of the figures in this set on their own probably makes it less of a hot ticket. Also possible they just made more than past years as this set has far larger "mass appeal" in comparison to the last few.

We're getting so many requested characters in the line it's gotta be getting hard to put together an exclusive set

I agree that besides Enchantress (Whom I've wanted for some time) These were a bit lackluster. With Abomination and possibly Sandman making appearances as BAF's in other waves that just left two figures whom I assume would have made good single card entries in another line and Purple man. I like the theme but I'm sure more thought could have gone into the actual character placement.

Yeah if it was Sand man non sand version and they weren't releasing them later on I probably would have got a set but since all i have to do is wait a couple months for them and save my $. Enchantess and Sand man are the only two that i like from the set.

It wasn't like that when it first loaded. I got 99% of what I wanted though so I'm content. I think after all the "hot" stuff got bought up then it slowed down. When it first appeared I couldn't even hit "buy" to complete my order.

60 for the SDCC X-Force set, I was looking back at how much the Legends were a few years past and that set was a good price for an exclusive.

Uh... Well, it's hard to say as convention exclusives suck when you have to go out of your way to get them. As such, I feel they shoudl be nothing more than variant colors of already released figures. And I don't mean Purple Man becasue he uses the Coulson body. I mean like maybe a Coulson with battle wear. Symbiote Spidey with blue instead of black. Stuff like that.

I agree with this. New characters should be made available to the general public and repaints and the such should be reserved for Con exclusives. Its almost like we get punished because we cant go to the con (That's overstating it a bit...but I hate con exclusives!!) I went to SDCC one year and picked up as many exclusives as I could for other people but its just so expensive to head to SDCC from Texas every year when you already have to do family vacations etc....I know I'm whining now.
