So this dude arrived today !!! bought him off ebay because i promised myself as soon as i saw him i would buy him..

I feel this figure is definitely better than the ones in the 4 pack mainly because you get a bit more (2 bits of plastic)... okay maybe not , might be easier to obtain... if you bought the 4 pack version you're not really missing out it's similar to falcon where the single figure got redwing and that was it no major changes.

This figure is good though if warmachine is going to be in any future movies the perfect figure would be
  • the painted or plastic used from Age of Ultron version
  • the bulkiness of the Civil War, version
  • the articulation and accessories of the iron man 2 , version
  • an alternate torso showing all his rockets etc if they use mark 3 again
  • those blast effects that came with iron-man (3 pack)

I do recommend him though , he's nice and bulky and looks good for any mcu fan or war machine one

so which is my MCU favorite ? ... i would say still the iron man 2 war machine , he's more true with the comic book character , you got like 3 pairs of hands , a true mini-gun and rocket launcher, and more articulation, though i am blaming the mcu designers on that.. I hope for a mark 4 to be just right.

Or keep doing covers, or whatever you chose...just keep taking pics cuz what you snap has been cool in my opinion!

I also hope you can get a better camera, but probably with 8 new Marvel Legends waves every years, Hasbro won't let you. We all have budget limitations!!
Wow. Thanks, B! You get it. I am trying to create my own style and "raw" or "unpolished" is exactly what I had in mind. Some people like it, while many others don't and that's fine. I make these things to please myself first, everything else is gravy. That's not to take away from what A.C.B.A.ers do. Their work is seriously breathtaking with Advocate Pinoy representing my favorite artist in their stable. Actually, Pinoy's pics here over the years have been extremely inspirational to me and the images have functioned as a creative muse of sorts. But I've been very careful not to pattern myself after him, which is hard because his pics are so awesome. In my opinion, it's important to find your own "voice" when creating art. Once you've done so, a whole world of expression opens up before you. Thanks, man! I can't tell you how much I've appreciated this dialogue!

@WarMachine

Congrats, dude! I know you've wanted that for some time!

Thanks for the compliments! Actually, I somewhat prefer doing my own scenes rather than recreating stuff, but today I just so happened to feel a creative spark from that Secret Wars cover, especially since I've been loving this Black Suit Spider-Man. Definitely need to invest in some effect parts, dioramas and stands to take it to the next level

Great find! I know you already know this but the 2 pack has the exact same accessories as that one you found. The 4 pack is the one that comes with less accessories...all three are the same exact figure though.

Do you still have the link to that wave of the repack Giant-Man BAF you posted way back when? Now I need to find that wave.

Oh ok, have you purchased anything from that Robotkingdom online store? I've never bought anything there. If it has PayPal, then no problem but if not, I'd like to know a little more about them.

Does he come with the same leg as red guardian? I've been sleeping on finish giantman and the 2 pack so this could be 2 birds

well...i always said my X-collections sucks...
but..it's gettin there..

Warren (original color, then X-force color) was my absolute #1 (and 2) most wanted Marvel Legends figure(s). So I guess they were my "grails" ((not sure of our actual clear definition of grail))

So...i had a few F-it moments....and here we go...

I've had the single over the weekend and am loving it as much as I though I would...he's been on a flight-stand ever since..
X-force just came in today..

@Dark

Dynamic flying, B!! Those pics and poses look real gud!!!

I'm really happy for you, dawg...and you may have just sold me on that MCU Falc in spite of my aversion for MCU figs!

EDIT: about Psylocke, she only comes with her psionic katana. Not her dagger, nor her butterfly eye effects (man, would that be cool if she did). So, whatever you saw, was likely a custom. Although, for a talented crafty-type, I guess it wouldn't be too hard to make them...

Double EDIT: I think I remember some fugly psionic dagger wrist thing that may have come with a non Legends TB version (or maybe it did come with the TB Legends fig...I furget'...me old lol)...but it's not worth paying to get one...IMO

While out hunting for the figs to build doomsday ( target had em clearanced to 9 bucks and wally world had em down to 13 so was able to complete him between the two ) i stumbled ( literally as i had to blink to believe my eyes ) a fresh case of xmen figs and right up front was good ol' wade. So into the basket he went and i can now breathe a hearty sigh of relief at getting the only wade i have ever seen in the wild.

Fyi ill be offloading most of these dc figures if anyones interested in them.
