Found these in a box of my childhood TMNT toys. It's driving me crazy trying to figure out what they're from. Any ideas? Thanks!

The rotor is from a McDonald's Happy Meal toy - Chip N Dale - Dale's Roto-Roadster.

The red headlight comes from TMNT Mike's Kowabunga Surf Buggy.
