It's like K'NEX contruction pieces,but NOT linked by magnet.
Attached my hand drawing picture for it I made a lot of fancy stuff with them but I lost them in last house moving. If you know the name or the brand please contact me through zhufangzhou@163.com Appreciate your guys help!

I checked wiki and yt. Very similar but it's not Zaks.
