Please help ID vintage gun w/ hose & drum

Hi Guys,
Here's an odd one, if you all could help ID it that would be great! The Blue Gun is a hard plastic, the scale would fit a 12" figure I think. Has a hose attached to it that connects it to some type of black drum. The drum is squishy and has a peg on the side, maybe for attaching to the back of a figure? Thanks for the help as always!
