I'm fine with NECA not doing a figure though, I've got the old McFarlane figure so I'm good.

I will look forward to the Resurrection Alien. I still have the Newborn that Kenner put out in their Resurrection line. I like it better than the final movie version as the head looks more skull like and he is not as potbellied. Since the final version was changed after they had already sculpted the toy.

Yeah, they announced the egg thing at Toy Fair That will be awesome. Hopefully TRU will actually sell them.

Ripley looks great. Still not the best likeness, but not a bad one. Definitely a figure I'll have to get. I've kept the few NECA figures I've bought on-card/in-package so-far, but having Jonesy so prominant means this figure will likely be the first one I open.

Is it kinda weird that part of me kinda wants to get a second Ripley to customize into an April O'Neil figure? I mean, I know NECA actually did a figure of April, but the idea popped into my head a couple of days ago, and I haven't been able to shake it. Probably the jumpsuit and hairstyle... and all the TMNT comics I've been reading lately... lol

You think you can pull off a decent April O'Neil? Go for it, but please share some pictures on the Ark when it's done. :D

I like all the new figures in this series, but I'm gunning for the spacesuits first, just because I happen to like spacesuits, and it's so rare to find them done well on this scale, which is strange IMO, because there are so many great spacesuit designs in Science Fiction.

I think I'm gonna get the spacesuit Ripley over the flamethrower version that way if the head on mine isn't totally good the helmet can obscure it and make it all better.

I think I'm more excited for this wave than anything else Neca's doing currently. I love what they've done and Jonesy in two different stances is icing. sweet delicious icing. buttercream...

Yeahm In all honesty Ripley is basically there looks wise already. All you really need to do is paint over the patches on her suit. That said, the stern expression isn't exactly ideal for April. I would also likely paint over her whole suit in yellow to give her the look from the OT.
Assuming I do it, I'll likely post about it somewhere. Might as well be here. That said, there are other figures I would consider before this one. Like the Marvel Legends Maria Hill. Which would be fitting, as I would have loved to have seen Cobie Smulders play April in the new movies.
