That sounds right. But I think that one may be a variant? Not to sure.

Edit: I think it's not a variant just after some research

Hup, thats the Toy-biz Stryfe from the X-Men/X-Force line that was big in the 90's. He originally came with a red cape and a large silver mace.

Thanks for that! You're right, he IS quite a bit smaller. But for a couple of bucks, I figured it wouldn't hurt.
