Varient Storm Shadow?

I picked up one today @ CVS I'd never seen before. He's bare-chested & has the cuts from his battle with SE. It's the same version of the one I've seen @ TRU except this one doesn't have his white mask on. Wonder if this is a varient & has anyone else seen it?

ive never seen it but i heard someone talking about it saying it was a varient.

Thanks, I've only seen the doc in a black labcoat.
