Question about Hasbro's management
 

As I've been reading around, it seems like Hasbro has undergone some serious spring cleaning in their line management.

Can anyone fill me in on what is going on? It seems like all of their properties have been impacted by this (late/delayed release etc)

They've recently done some layoffs and are looking at doing additional ones due to the decreased sales overall from last year (this info is easily Googled). We actually had a thread about it here, but I'm not sure where it ended up after the most recent site reorganization.

As for middle- and upper-management change-outs, I'm not sure. I can only guess that it has something to do with the aforementioned sales slump and possibly a "changing of the guard", as it were.

You'd think they'd figure out that low sales have a direct correlation to the quality of their product and how readily available the product is...
